Addition to what you said at 9:10, regarding NOA. yes it is imp to submit an NOA to show your income proof but it is equally important to show that NOA has the amount which is greater than LICO. For eg, i worked for 2 months in the last year since i landed in November of the last year and though i had the NOA document, my 2 month income definitely didn't meet LICO. and my supervisa application was rejected. Hope this piece of knowledge helps people reading this. In such a case, apply for a visitor visa instead.

Hello, Thank for you help but i having some issues regarding medical My father completed the upfront medical on August 22, 2023. However, I had not received the IMM 1017F form at that time, so he proceeded with the medical examination without it. I submitted the upfront medical exam via webform on August 24, 2023. On September 1st, 2023, I received a letter with the IMM 1017F form, but the IME number on the form does not match the IME number on the eMedical. Could you please assist me in understanding if the upfront medical will still be accepted, or if he need to undergo another medical examination?

Sir my mom had her medical exam done on the same day when she had her biometrics done on September 1st. I submitted the copy of medical exam through web form. Now today on November 10th I got an email from ircc to get my mom medical exam done with the attached form which has to be filled with panel physician. I don’t get it why they didn’t receive it yet. Should I ask the physician whether they have sent the report to ircc. At that time I didn’t have the attached form which is sent to me by ircc.

But as on Ircc website it is mentioned that we can include our spouse as a co host so according to that i guess i am eligible. Sir, I got a biometric letter on august 6th, since then I am trying to book my mom appointments in Karachi, Pakistan. I haven’t gotten any date, there are no slot available, I tried to contact them via helpline, they informed me that right now no slots are available, we are considering taking biometric even if it gets expire. I was looking in my instruction letter as to how can I inform IRCC. In letter it is mentioned if you need extension or are unable to give biometric for some reason then complete a web form. By clicking the link it takes me to a website where there is no web form, what should I do now, please advised. Thank you

As we have to keep last 3 years T4 , but in 2020 we moved to calgary and due to covid i didn’t got job so i started studying for my pharmacy exam and so I didn't worked in 2021 and 2022 , but from jan 2023 i started working part-time with pharmacy with full time studying. Hello, Thank for you help but i having some issues regarding medical My father completed the upfront medical on August 22, 2023. However, I had not received the IMM 1017F form at that time, so he proceeded with the medical examination without it. I submitted the upfront medical exam via webform on August 24, 2023. On September 1st, 2023, I received a letter with the IMM 1017F form, but the IME number on the form does not match the IME number on the eMedical. Could you please assist me in understanding if the upfront medical will still be accepted, or if he need to undergo another medical examination?
Actually it should have been accepted. Visit the medical doctors again, if they tell you the same medical is enough, it should be good.

It says sign of spouse for sponsorship application. I’m confused should I get them sign that field by my parents or leave it blank?

Sir my mom had her medical exam done on the same day when she had her biometrics done on September 1st. I submitted the copy of medical exam through web form. Now today on November 10th I got an email from ircc to get my mom medical exam done with the attached form which has to be filled with panel physician. I don’t get it why they didn’t receive it yet. Should I ask the physician whether they have sent the report to ircc. At that time I didn’t have the attached form which is sent to me by ircc.

Actually i am struggling to get this answer bcoz in india every rep has diff view. But as on Ircc website it is mentioned that we can include our spouse as a co host so according to that i guess i am eligible.
My income is $30000 and my spouse income is $45000 so in total it is $75000 .

According to this i am eligible but in india rep said i can only include spouse income if my own income is $36000.

As my understanding I think you can apply, mention both the hosts in invite letter and mention that you can use your spouse funds.

Sir, I got a biometric letter on august 6th, since then I am trying to book my mom appointments in Karachi, Pakistan. I haven’t gotten any date, there are no slot available, I tried to contact them via helpline, they informed me that right now no slots are available, we are considering taking biometric even if it gets expire. I was looking in my instruction letter as to how can I inform IRCC. In letter it is mentioned if you need extension or are unable to give biometric for some reason then complete a web form. By clicking the link it takes me to a website where there is no web form, what should I do now, please advised. Thank you

Is there a minimum fund requirement for bank balance for sponsoring two parents ? Or just putting bank statements will be fine, independant of how much funds we have in our Canadian bank account.
There is min income requirement , but funds req is not there, try to show a good amount of funds in bank.

The process took 15 working days in my case after biometrics given and i dint wait for medicals request raised a webform and uploaded once the biometrics are updated.
