Dec looked like he was having a blast!! His smile said it all. Since he had done Irish dancing when he was a child, I bet performing with Riverdance had to be a dream come true!
It's a hard dance to learn and extremely fast. They kept up and knew the dance. Well done Ant & Dec 😊 I have done Irish dancing since I was 3 & I love it! Riverdance never gets old ☺
I really like how Ant and Dec never try to mess up performers like they genuinely try to learn the act the best they can so they just kind of blend in ( unless it's Robbie Williams of course he's fair grounds to screw up)
Yes! They're true showmen, the pair of them. They're the kind that won't stop working until they can't anymore. We'll continue to see their kind of professionalism for another good 20 years I hope.
those two are the new Morecambe and wise, they have the spark, humour and tenacity to complete any task or challenge no matter what, fantastic Geordie s
I danced with the male lead dancer on Sunday in Dublin!!!! He was there with other dancers from Riverdance for the 20th anniversery of the show and they taught us some steps from the show. It was my dream come true, I have irish blood and dancing to Riverdance in Dublin would of made my nan so proud. I am honured to off seen Riverdance many years ago and now to of danced with the dancers is beyond belief. All the dancers I met were so polite, welcoming and very beautiful. I literally cried afterwards.. I even brought a t shirt saying 'I danced Riverdance in Dublin'
Dec looked like he was having a blast his smile said it all since he had done Irish dancing when he was a child I bet performing with riverdance had to be a dream come true ant and Dec British London
I so agree with your comment, these two have worked so hard on there career, from school boy actors,to pop trash (I'm sorry we all loved Pj & Duncan but it was no Mozart-but I still know the routine to lets get ready to rumble!!) to presenters, and yes...they clearly worked and work very hard on these skits. Well done boys!
I love these guys. Wish their show aired in the U.S. So talented,so funny, they can do it all. Been watching BGT on internet . Love all the judges and Ant & Dec are great. Would love to go to UK just to see the show.
these two are so awesome, I have seen a few of their pranks too and they are so funny, creative and I wish we could see them more over in America, Good job on the Riverdance! its so cool that these guys can pretty much try anything!
Fantastic, and great job Ant & Dec! The original Riverdance; Jean Butler and Michael Flatley days always remind me of my days working on the cruise liners mid 90's. Still love the music.
+Adventure With The McGary dear sir r u mocking my mistake in spelling ? it was fast type as u call it I do apologise ! if ur saying his family are not frm co Derry then I beg to disagree with u on this occasion sorry ! can I wish u and all of ur family a very happy healthy new year love from Ireland 👍
Catriona Kelly correct Declan isn’t from Ireland and neither’s his brother, they was born and raised in Newcastle but both his parents and the rest of his family is!
Well done Ant and Dec, you are legends. Almost didnt notice you 2 when i was watching, until you ran over for the beer, lol. Thanks from Dublin, Ireland.
Remember watching this live, they did very good at the irish dancing lol I think Dec came from Ireland, in Derry. The 14% of the UK's population has at least one Irish grandparent, so theres a massive irish diaspora in the UK, like in the US, Canada, Australia, etc.
I KNOW YA! Like okay if they thought that's what u would do cause it is if uv never seen or been to river dance but when ur there u actually be quite until the end so that way u can hear every step 😳🇮🇪 btw I'm 🇮🇪
I love watching Riverdance! My little sister is a 'natural born Riverdancer'. We are Irish Americans and although we may not have been born in Ireland (were from San Francisco :-) its obvious by my little sisters dancing, that there noooo denying our families Irish roots! Also, is one of the. 'Back up dancers' pregnant? Maybe its just her leotard but it appears as though the one on the far left , ihas a baby bump....
How they picked this up so quickly I have no idea! But Dec can Irish dance so he can probably find the similarities between River dancing and Irish dancing!
i think that ant and dec are great entertainers. i think they will be the next morecome and wise. this is now being shown in their increasing use of sketches and musical numbers that they take part in. long may they reign :)
I'm well impressed I wonder did Ant and Dec do Irish dancing as children they might have done if they have an Irish background . They did very well 'cos that's not easy.
Not trolling you, but being Irish does not make us Riverdance experts. One of the producers was on the radio a couple of days ago and said Ant and Dec practiced this routine for 4 weeks to get the moves right. They kept wanting to do it over and over. It would have been so easy to take the p!ss like so many do. But true professionals work hard to make it look easy. Love them or hate them, they are where they are because they put the effort in to make it look effortless! I echo you. Fair play.
Dec looked like he was having a blast!! His smile said it all. Since he had done Irish dancing when he was a child, I bet performing with Riverdance had to be a dream come true!
This is why I love Ant and Dec. They throw themselves into everything! Love them to bits!
BRILLIANT! They always insert themselves into all of these bits, their so multi talented
What a great talent Ant and Dec are.And great role models, something we don't have a lot of these days. Loved it. Thank you for posting. Brilliant.

Absolutely brilliant effort by Ant & Dec. I admire the fact they had a go, with fantastic results.

As a life long Irish dancer this dance was slowed down significantly to accommodate Ant and Dec but I have to say they did a fantastic job. Great!!
Obv it was slowed down u thicko but it wasn't "significantly" slowed down only slightly so keep ur mouth closed
Piss off
Ant & Dec, just genius.
Well done Ant and Dec - impressive!!!
This took me back to when I first saw this on the Eurovision Song Contest back in the mid 90's. It's such an uplifting performance.
Fantastic, and great job Ant & Dec! The original Riverdance; Jean Butler and Michael Flatley days always remind me of my days working on the cruise liners mid 90's. Still love the music.
Declan did irish dance when growing up his parents and family ate from co Derry.
+Gary Hutton Ain't from co Derry

Catriona Kelly correct Declan isn’t from Ireland and neither’s his brother, they was born and raised in Newcastle but both his parents and the rest of his family is!

Remember watching this live, they did very good at the irish dancing lol I think Dec came from Ireland, in Derry. The 14% of the UK's population has at least one Irish grandparent, so theres a massive irish diaspora in the UK, like in the US, Canada, Australia, etc.

How they picked this up so quickly I have no idea! But Dec can Irish dance so he can probably find the similarities between River dancing and Irish dancing!

Aw Dec's smile is so cute
Moral of the story, if you can't clap in time then don't clap at all, or better yet, never clap to music just to be sure that you don't ruin it.
