I need to say I'm sorry for jumping to the conclusion that was it for your involvement , your clearly a good friend to Scott and have his back ! Wouldn't the USCG have the jurisdiction now ? If anything happens to them now i'd call the USCG ! He needs to get a dingy with a motor or something to reach his vessels to work on them or check on them at least ! They are in very rough shape and need attention ASAP ! Does he have the means to get them ship shape ? They both look derelict now ! I don't know anyone in Washington with a spare boat , in Minnesota yes not Washington !
No worries! Yes USCG helped track the painted black boat down and received the stolen vessel report. But that is where their involvement ends unless the boats go missing again. Agreed, Scott needs to get his motor dingy in the water to haul the boats around and into safety. I’m stuck at home with my newborn twins now, from the sounds of things Scott may be going with the Seafarer, fixing it up and getting out of town with that boat. Unsure what will happen to the other two right now. The one that was painted black is a fantastic adventure hull, just needs to be gutted and fixed up.
Man this was heart breaking to watch :( Poor guy, if you guys need an extra pair of hands next time I'd be happy to help. Is that black sailboat even salvageable? at this point it seems the most sane option is just to scrap it. Catching up with all your vids now, congrats on the twin by the way!
Great to hear from you again! I’ve been stuck at home with the newborns lately so I haven’t been able to get up to help Scott. You are right though, I think Scott is looking to sell the cement boat (it has a great hull for adventure cruising) and fix up the Seafarer for his needs. I’ll let you know though! I will need help this spring to try and get the final push to get my boat in the water, I would love to see you there!
The aft laz is massive, and could definitely take a bed, but there is so much living space already and that area is great for working on the steering I think I’ll keep it as a large laz.
You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for littering a beautiful anchorage with those derelict boats. Why is this allowed? No wonder the Park Rangers are becoming so suspicious of everyone. You are ruining a beautiful way of life for responsible people!
Usually I would agree with you, but this is where the people who stole Scott's boats left them, and stripped them of their motors, so really not on us this time.
I'm thinking you should learn the "J STROKE". It would help you when you paddle your canoe.
I’ve been practicing that :)
great job making people aware of this!
If anything I hope these videos help being awareness to what’s going on out there.

I think Project Seawolf needs his ccp if he's going to be out playing with pirates !
Been thinking be the same thing, I filled out the application when I worked as a private security guard for 5 years but never followed through.
Call the Coast Guard
Coast guard located the boat but washed their hands of the situation after that.

Surely it makes sense to glass all the bigger sheets before you install them .
Yes it does! And I will definitely be doing that in the future 😅
That some crazy shit.
Yup, honestly can’t believe how complacent law enforcement can be even with stolen belongings right in front of them.
Does your boat have an Aft cabin ?If not being your going electric could you make one ? Or is it to much work ?

What state park is that (so i know to avoid ) ? . thanks
Deception Pass, Cornet Bay
@@projectseawolf thanks
@@projectseawolf also , was wondering why they wanted the boats moved ? Because they were disabled or past their stay limit or some other reason ?
Yes, they were past the three day limit, and I’m sure there are rules having to do with functionality, but mostly because they were there past 3 days.
