The 3D version could be cool as a lobby before entering a comp match to meet possible enemies of your rank and as a way to interact with your club members differently. It needs to be polished some more, but it looks interesting to flex cosmetics, rank or trophies.
Nah, it would make it easier for wintraders to get in the same lobby and also, ppl will start making a team before the game even started.

A thing you should notice is that the publisher of Chinese Brawl Stars just turned to Tencent instead of Supercell about a month ago. This is why Chinese Brawl Stars is adding so many confusing and meaningless features recently.
Well, if you say they are meaningless but some of the exclusive skins do look very cool and arent available on the global server.
