    The difference between other cooking channels and Ranveer's channel is that other channels are just concerned about *RECIPE* But Ranveer is *INTERACTIVE* , *ENTERTAINING* , and most importantly *DOWN TO EARTH* and *NATURAL*

But i must say, the way you describe your recipes not only makes it easy to cook but i can also virtually smell and taste the aroma of the dish. It's not just about mentioning the steps to prepare, It's also how you describe it which makes the mouth water just by watching and listening to the videos.     My mom puts some stuffing to the gravy as well. Makes it so amazingly thick and lush. This is her signature dish. Your recipe looks amazing!

    For my tenth marriage anniversary I made ten dishes to surprise my husband. I follow your recipes because I relate to your cooking procedures and pattern of adding mixing spices. Dhania patta is mandatory for me too. This is one of the recipes I tried and it turned out fantastic. My husband was impressed.. chalo maine bhi sab bata diya.. baad me mat kehna ki maine bataya nahi aapko

    25 years ago I had dinner at a dhaba. The dhaba was located outside my college on grant trunk road. I still remember the bharwa tamatar I had that day. This one is a worthy successor. Thank You.
    I followed the recipe exactly. Somehow I ended up with stuffing for 7 tomatoes instead of 5 even though my tomatoes are huge. Also, instead of adding malai to the gravy, I recommend adding it on top of the tomato just before eating. Yum.

    In my college days one small hotel used to serve "Tomato kofta"; almost similiar recipe with fried stuffed tomato with a layer of gram-flour coated on it and served with gravey.
    This recipe today brought those memories back.

    Me being highly passionate for Cooking Since i was 9 years Old, i use to watch Sanjeev Sir's Show on Zee TV and Tarla Dala's Shows. And now when i am 32, I just love Watching Ranveer's Videos as in his every single video we get to know some or the other tips and tricks to enhance our cooking Skills, and for me a better Cook is the one who is willing to learn (Lifetime) anything and everything about cooking, As i believe whether its a Michelin Star Chef / Veteran Chef or passionate Home Cook like many of us we all are still a learner and will always be, Cooking is an Art and everyday something new is keep on coming and therefore we all will keep learning forever.. and For this Reason "Ranveer's UA-cam Page is Must Watch, as He explain things so beautifully naturally Historically and in simpler way that without even noting down his recipes and Ingredients i remember each of the ingredients that he uses, and try to make the dishes early as possible and most of all his Tricks for Alternate Ingredients ( Substitute ) is like Icing on Cake" Celery nahi mili to kya Dhaniya k danthal is the best and he prefers that over celery !!!

    In all recipes you drop some knowledge which can be used in so many daily food recipes you know like when to put salt how much to sauté. I did tried these recipes because I love eating I am not keen on cooking but I live away from family and avoid eating outside. So you came to my rescue. But I am commenting here to say Thank you because listening to you I have become instinctive and I feel happy to cook few people even complimented me. Before even preparing tea would bring tears to my eyes literally nobody at home ever asks me in the kitchen. So thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️.
