25 years ago I had dinner at a dhaba. The dhaba was located outside my college on grant trunk road. I still remember the bharwa tamatar I had that day. This one is a worthy successor. Thank You. I followed the recipe exactly. Somehow I ended up with stuffing for 7 tomatoes instead of 5 even though my tomatoes are huge. Also, instead of adding malai to the gravy, I recommend adding it on top of the tomato just before eating. Yum.

In all recipes you drop some knowledge which can be used in so many daily food recipes you know like when to put salt how much to sauté. I did tried these recipes because I love eating I am not keen on cooking but I live away from family and avoid eating outside. So you came to my rescue. But I am commenting here to say Thank you because listening to you I have become instinctive and I feel happy to cook few people even complimented me.
