Malkauns Bhairav Hindole Megh Shree and the infamous Deepak These 6 ragas are very old and sacred. Malkauns is my favourite. Although Deepak seems to have been lost.
I have heard, miya Tansen died while singing raag deepak. It was very powerful raag which used to generate fire. I guess there is two raag deepak from different thaats. But the raag which Tansen sung is sadly distinct

Some raag contains 4 swaras ,eg. Gorakh kalyan m bhi 4 swaras use hote sometimes in aroh, jati is suratar
The true swaroopa of Hindol is supposed to eschew nishad.
