Positive is I BEAT kidney cancer! I got diagnosed back in March when covid started - and it was very stressful 😫. But I had a major surgery and had a kidney removed snd now I'm doing chemo but my last treatment was yesterday! Prayers were answered and it has been amazing
I wish I could love this a million times over!!! My husband was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma in October 2014, our daughter was born June 2014. He had to have his kidney removed, and only found it because he got a kidney stone. They told him his kidney was the size of a small turkey prior to surgery. After surgery, they said it was actually the size of a medium turkey. It was on the brink of going into the rest of his body. I am praising God for that kidney stone that saved his life, and prayerful everyday because if his comes back there’s no treatment or cure. His scans every year have been clear since 2015 though🙌🏻🙏🏻 I feel for you, and so glad your on the other side! Prayers that you remain clear, and have many more years of good health and being with those you love!
before covid my daughters (12 & 18 years old )were fighting a lot, almost to the point that they hated eachother and then when covid happen and they couldn'T go anywhere they were not only forced to be together, but learned how to love eachother. That to me is the highlight of my 2020.
You’re not alone. This year has been the worst ever for me. Im now a single mom, lost my unborn child, then found out I may have cancer(still going through tests) jobless, and I literally have no help whatsoever. I can’t pay my bills or continue with my passion(makeup). However, one good thing has come of it, it has brought me closer to God. Kelly, I’m so thankful for u and ur family. Just watching u makes me chill and relax. I don’t know why but when I watch u all the bad things disappear. This year has made me realize that I am truly blessed, even if I’m not able to continue with my passion atm; God has truly blessed me. Hope everyone has wonderful holidays and may God Bless y’all!
I am so sorry you are going through such a hard time. I am so sorry for your loss. I hope you get good results from the tests and find out that you don’t really have cancer. God bless you.
@@katharynm1251 good conversation with my doctor. She advised me of a calorie count I should aim for every day to maintain a prolonged and healthy weight loss. I follow up with her quarterly for guidance and answers to my questions. Then I counted every morsel of food that hit my mouth so I learned what a portion was - THIS WAS HUGE!
This year my niece lost the love of her life and father to their unborn baby and a month later we lost my brother. They will both me missed soooo much but Baby Girl Kennedy arrived 3 weeks early to help all.of us. She is the greatest thing in 2020.

I'm so happy for you, most people can't do it alone, if more people would put their trust in God it would sure help them. Keep on doing what your doing and you will see everything will just keep falling In place. God Bless you. Hope you and your family has a Happy Thanksgiving.

Congratulations. I’ve been a nurse for 23 years and I can work anywhere and I love it. Emergency 17 years and last five years in Endoscopy. It’s the best career. I love helping my patients. You will I’m sure be a fantastic addition to the profession.
YES GIRL CONGRATS!!! I’m graduating nursing school in 2 weeks!! It goes by quick, make sure to take a second to enjoy the small stuff! You are going to meet life long friends in your program ❤️
Well done and congratulations on your nursing school venture!😇 Hats off all the hospital staff...awesome work during this pandemic 🙏😷 Lots of good wishes from Scotland UK 🏴👐
One thing I am thankful for as crazy as it seems, I was able to leave a relationship I was so unhappy in for 5 years and rebuild my relationship with my family during all the fires that happened in Oregon in Sept. I feel free and happy again allowing me to chase my dreams at work.
Congratulations! I am so happy for you and Steven!❤ One thing I am thankful for is the bond my husband and I have build. We have been together for 11 years and I felt like we were just fading apart. But with this time we have spent together, we have rediscovered our bond. And I am so thankful for that!
I am thankful for having a job during this chaotic year. It also taught me how important family is and slowing down to spend time with them. I’m always thankful for parents who stepped up when I needed a safe place for my son to stay and for a husband who wasn’t afraid to stand by me when I worked on the COVID floor.
This year has made me even more grateful for the blessings in my life. We were able to purchase our beautiful first home in May and welcomed our baby girl in September 💛
2020 has changed my life and for the good. I was able to actually leave my toxic job and not return. I also was able to push myself to start a grad program and find passion in a career.
Something positive that happened to me this year is I got a promotion at work! I do EEGs at my local hospital and absolutely love it!! I struggled with addiction for many years. Last month was my 2 year sobriety birthday and I'm truly amazed at how God has blessed me! He opened doors for me that I never believed were possible❤🙏
That's awesome. Congratulations on 2 years. You know we can do a lot of things if we just put our stubborn heads to it..HOPE THAT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY HAS A HAPPY THANKSGIVING
This year has been one of my favourite years. I am having a miracle baby, I got engaged and have been approved for a home loan 🥰 so greatful for the struggle i have encountered this year has helped me and my family grow so much
One positive thing that I’ve experienced in 2020 - my boyfriend started his medical residency to become a doctor (3.5 more years to go) and we moved to St. Louis in a beautiful apartment that I love! So happy for you & Steven and your new home 🏡
One positive thing that happened this year was that I got engaged to the love of my life! 💕 Thank you for sharing everything in your life. Wishing you the best!
I feel blessed because I have a disability but I can still live by myself and live an independent life and I think it's my positive attitude that keeps me from getting physically ill and doing whatever is asked to keep myself and others safe god bless to you and your family
I have woke up everyday where some haven't had that privilege.... That's what I'm thankful for... Even though it's been really rough on us financially I'm alive and I'm able to enjoy my children.... The most precious blessing is life 🥰♥️😍💯 Congratulations on the new home ♥️♥️♥️♥️
I've had a few amazing things that have happened this year! I got accepted into the nursing school that I have always wanted to attend, I met the love of my life, and I turned 21 this year. I am so appreciative of these positives because they really are extreme milestones in my life and my future.
One good thing that happened in 2020 was I got my SI joint fused which helped alleviate some of my chronic back pain. It is something I never thought was possible! I am so sorry for all of your losses and wish you well in your house renovations! I love watching you!
This year has been so tough on us all. My mum took ill, but I am so grateful she received her chemo & radiotherapy. 2020 has made me truly appreciate that your health is your wealth. Praying the storm passes quickly. Thoughts & prayers to everyone who has lost a loved one in 2020 🙏🏻xx
I've learned that slowing down and enjoying all the gift that life brings you; family and close friends are so important. We had a huge scare in October with my baby brother and it brought a lot in perspective. For everyone who has had a lost I'm truly sorry for your loss. Have a blessed day.
A positive thing that has come out of this pandemic is being able to spend quality time with my husband and kids... even though virtual learning has been tough, we were always on the go and not able to spend quality time
One positive for me has been my health. I’ve been very sick and in and out of the hospital in the previous years, and this year has been great. I’m strong and even getting caught up on my maintenance type appointments that got pushed aside while dealing with the bigger problems. I’m thankful.
So sorry for both you and Steven's losses this year. Congratulations on the new house though! The best thing to come out of 2020 for me was having my first baby in March! He has been the light in the darkness for sure.
One positive thing for 2020 - I’ve been working from home since end of March. I feel my quality of life has improved due to not having to commute each day to the office. It allows me more time to get exercise in each day, I’m also eating better because I’m not eating out as much. I’m getting to sleep in a little longer so I feel more refreshed. I love your videos, and enjoy them each week. Thank you!
This year was definitely a learning lesson and more insight on everything happens for a reason. I lost my job not due to COVID but definitely a blessing in disguise. Now I’m studying to be an RN that has been my dream since I was in middle school and working at a job that I am happy to go to in the morning.
Hi I am new to your channel and I love it. I have been fighting Cancer for the past 3 years and this was the first time we (hubby and 3 kids) were able to be home and make more memoires. Not like other times that we where home because I was sick or not feeling well. this time we are all happy to be home. We are blessed! Congrats on your new home! Nancy
I graduated college this year at the age of 26. It took me longer than I anticipated, but I’m so glad I followed through and achieved this goal of mine that I’ve had forever! I also landed my dream job, so I’m incredibly grateful for that. It’s been a hell of a year, but you’ve gotta try to focus on the positives because the negatives are TOO HEAVY, HONEY! We ain’t got time for that. 😘 So thankful for your channel, Kelly. You’re truly such a light. It’s my birthday today and I’m binging your channel as my night cap!
if you haven’t already, I would look into buying masks that are specifically for working out! they have more sport material, if that makes sense. it helps to keep any sweat on the mask & not on your skin
Hi Kelly! Congrats on your move. And I am so sorry for your loss. This year has been a tough year for sure. Earlier in the spring I broke my right leg (both bones) so I have spent many, many months resting and doing physical therapy. Hard to believe but it's just been a month since I can walk long distance without crutches. I feel like I wasted my spring/summer doing nothing fun but then again there was lockdown quarantine and not much else to go. However, the positive that is coming out this year for me will be how thankful I am for my family. They have been there for me and have been helping me through this. Without them I don't know what will happen. So I'm truly thankful for my family. You are right family is everything, so important to me. I appreciate this GRWM and your life update. I pray and hope things will continue to go well for you as you start this new chapter in your life. I look forward to your next video. You're the best Kelly! Thank you for all you do! 💕
I had my second son in June and that was definitely the highlight of my year. And seeing my boys growing up together is like the best thing! Also, someone gave us a Mercedes SUV a few days before I had my baby. We needed a car so bad! This year has honestly been a really great year for me and my family.
One positive thing this year: my husband and I finally transforming our home into what we wanted since we purchased it 3 years ago. I started a new job that is work from home and I’m so much happier day to day and ultimately having the best friends and family!
One positive thing that happened for me is that I finally got rid of the toxic people in my life that were draining me and I’m so much happier!!! Congratulations on your new home! Sorry for your loss ❤️. Just wanted to share that I’m originally from NY but live in Houston, TX and you’re right on point with what you said about the homes. It’s so much easier and cheaper to work with a builder here and the communities are so beautiful!
I don't think there is anything positive that happened to me this year, however I learned a really important and difficult lesson which I'm very grateful for that you dont need to be with someone just because you want to, God has a better plan for you, crying over someone won't help. That's it. Im so glad that you're feeling better now and congratulations on your new house, may this bring all the happiness and blessings for you and your husband.
We had our baby boy in January, every milestone, every step of his life has been along side all this craziness. We are so thankful for him. Every time something bad or negative has happened in this world this year weve been blessed with our little ray of sunshine. Hes the absolute happiest baby and has been our gleaming beacon of hope through everything 2020 has thrown at us. No matter what, no matter who wins the election, or how long we are in quarantine, or how long we have to go without the normal things that usually bring us joy we have this amazing little boy who reminds us daily that we have every reason to be happy and that life WILL go on!
one positive thing that happened was that I learned how to stand up for myself! my boyfriend and his mom have been helping me a lot and i couldn’t be more thankful for them!
I love the transparency, seriously it’s hard when you see people on social media accomplishing so many things and you yourself are trying so hard to accomplish your own goals and it just doesn’t happen as soon as you want them too. And then along with that 2020 has been tough just in itself, death of family members is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to go through. But with that being said there isn’t a day that goes by that we aren’t all blessed in some way! Thanks Kelly for sharing love your videos girl!
This year for me was actually amazing!! Yes The pandemic was bad, but I met someone and got engaged in one year! Never been this happy, so glad something amazing came out of this year.
This year has definitely been a difficult one for everyone. Medically not so good as I’m getting ready for my 3rd surgery but thankful for the health, family, and friends that I do have!! Congratulations on the new house!!
Girl I love how open & honest & kind you are! You are my favorite UA-camr. I also love that your not all about expensive things & that is not what is important to you, it shows how genuine of a person you are. Love you Kelly! ❤️
One positive from this year is my getting more serious about weightloss and my health. I've been at the same number since my second pregnancy, 4 years ago. I've lost 20 pounds and am working very hard to maintain a bit before losing more. I'm so excited about more weightloss goals.
Learning more about gratitude and appreciation. And seeing other people feel the same. It’s the little things that we all forgot about. Slow down and enjoy sometimes.
This 2020 is really like roller coaster for me. My hubby diagnosed ckd in last september, and now we are still doing haemodyalisis 2 times in a week. Thank God, I still see his smile again during this fight. I thank God too that I still have my job contract to support our family. As it still pandemic I am able working from home at most time, so I can take care of my husband. I do hope everyone here and out there always and stay positive in what we've been through. May God bless us all. 💋
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND differen you can get it at target and it worked wonderfully for my skin. Even tho I have dry and sensitive skin it works great!!! Love you Kelly ❤️❤️
one positive thing is that i actually started my own youtube channel and exploring new makeup looks and new products! I have always loved makeup but have never done crazy looks or anything other than neutral eyes with some lashes and lip gloss so i decided to try new things and found a brand new way of doing my makeup and like i said started a youtube channel to document my love of makeup! haha! i’ve loved you forever and watching your channel and am so happy we get to follow along with you on all your journeys so thanks for bringing some light to all our lives daily 🥰 congrats on the house !!!!!
I graduated Cosmetology School in 2019 and then cov hit so I had to wait to get my License until August and I am Finally License now. :) It was a long hard road to get there.
I was diagnosed with kidney disease in April. I realized how important your health is- don’t take anything for granted! With kidney disease I have chronic back pain! Enjoy every minute you have!
One thing I gained from this year is being my own person. I have spent a lot of time working on myself and starting my first ever business and I am so excited!
I’m so sorry about your grandma I can’t fathom how hard it is not to see your loved one when they’re in pain or in their last moments. you have all my love. my highlight of 2020 is my grandad’s cancer completely went even though we never expected it to.
One positive is that I had time to discover beauty UA-cam! Finding channels like yours, JuicyJas, Jessica Braun and Allie Glines has been so fun for me! The only downside is how much I’ve spent on makeup in the past 8 months! 🤣
The most positive thing to come out of COVID for me has been the connection with my family. My father passed away just shy of 2 years ago. My mom lives in the same town as my husband and me in Minnesota, my brother and his family is in Connecticut and my sister and her family are in Wisconsin. We have had 3 hour zooms every Sunday since the end of March. We have done everything from playing games, cooking challenges, scavenger hunts, etc. It’s been wonderful to stay connected with them and get to “see” them weekly. Congrats on the new house!!
I think one good thing that has come out of this year is getting so unbelievably closer to my friends. I just am just so grateful to have the group of friends that I have now! There is something to be said about growing closer to your circle of friends that just feel like sisters to you!! Hope you’re doing well Kelly! I love you and your channel so much, I feel like I come to your channel as a breath of fresh air and honesty:)))
Hey Kelly your hair is so beautiful and of course you look stunning, so happy for you and Stephen I thought 1st house was stunning cant wait to see this 1, so sorry for both of your losses, 2020 has been horrible for myself I had a heart attack and had to be brought back to life but good came outta it bc losing weight living healthier and now I am living my life like YOLO... stay safe and healthy much love 💖
Best thing this year is getting closer to my mom who I barely spent time with , having the option taken away from you because of covid really puts in to Perspective what really does matter ! Family ❤️
A positive thing that happened this year is I discovered your channel. I have always done my makeup the same and afraid to try new products. I love your personality and really look forward your videos. I feel a lot more confident in trying new things now. Also have picked up several new techniques from you. Thank you. This year has been the year of me feeling more confident in myself and the way I look.
I’ve said this since the beginning of quarantine...we had the unique opportunity to spend quality time with each other as a family. My husband and I have 3 children(one in Heaven) and I always feel like I’m fighting for my time with them. With school, sports, dance, piano and various other activities, I struggle with time. This year has given me the incredible gift of precious time that I wouldn’t ordinarily have. It wasn’t always easy, but I honestly wouldn’t trade that moment in time for anything❤️
Since I’m in a long distance relationship, and my boyfriend is working from home, he gets to be here with me. Really amazing! ❤️. On the other hand we hadn’t seen each other for 4.5 months bc it wasn’t safe to travel! But those things just brings us closer. There are always good and bad. However I am very sorry for your losses, I can’t imagine what you two and your families feel. I’m glad you’re able to get a fresh start, and brightness in your lives! GL with everything!
My mom got very sick with Covid last month. No underlying health issues and overall is a generally healthy person. It was the scariest week of my life . I thought we could lose her based on her quick decline. My positive is my family in CA (we live in WI) got on a plane within a days notice and was here for my Dad and I. We bonded like we never have before and supported each other! We made posters for my Mom to see as we held them up outside her window of encouragement and to fight! Relationships were healed and renewed 🙏🏻 I won’t ever forget that week with them. She ended up making a full recovery ❤️
I could see how difficult it was for you to talk about your loss and how it is a side of you that we don't normally get to see as you try your best to maintain your privacy. I love the beautiful energy you are sending through this video and I am happy that you are entering a new chapter of your life with your loved one. I wish you and your family all the best Kelly. And as what I got from 2020, having my loved ones happy and safe is more than what I could ask for. Thank God ❤️
I am so sorry for the loss you and Steven have went through. I have suffered many losses like my daddy in 08 at 19yrs old. I couldn't imagine how much harder that would be during this year. Sending lots of love and prayers..Your home is so gorgeous, you deserve every inch of it! I love the darker hair 😍 Honestly the Derma-E acne treatment serum has changed my skin sooo much! And the Mario Badescu Drying lotion is amazing for me💗
This year a couple good things that have happened is I feel my faith has grown stronger and I was able to recognize my anxiety and it turns out that I have been living with it for years and finally got the help I needed and I finally live without a tight chest and LET ME TELL YOU... it is such an amazing difference.
Positive is I BEAT kidney cancer! I got diagnosed back in March when covid started - and it was very stressful 😫. But I had a major surgery and had a kidney removed snd now I'm doing chemo but my last treatment was yesterday! Prayers were answered and it has been amazing

How did You get started

A positive thing about 2020 is that I'm taking my mental health more seriously and taking better care of myself.
I feel you on this I'm doing the same
It’s so important

Yep I done this or cut a pad and stick it inside to the mask part lol it actually works better cuz it doesnt budge
GENIUS IDEA! Thank u for sharing this!
So thankful and grateful for my husband accomplished his dream of becoming a fire fighter here in TX and we have been blessed with our first child due next May 💖
Congratulations ...
Congrats! I'm due with baby number 3 in May as well ❤
Congrats! I am also from TX. Thank your husband for his bravery 🧑🏻🚒

one positive thing this 2020 was my nephew! he was born in february and i got to help deliver him. he keeps me going this year.

But with this time we have spent together, we have rediscovered our bond. And I am so thankful for that!
A positive thing that happened for me this year is that I finally got engaged to my high school sweetheart after 12 years of being together! 💕
Congratulations Cynthia Those are two major milestones we as adults could ever be thankful for.
Congrats! Also purchased our first home in March and had a baby girl in July!
Wow congratulations! None of us will ever forget this year, that is for sure!
Congrats 🥰🥰 two beautiful blessings.
Congrats on both Cynthia xx that’s so lovely xx greetings from Australia 🇦🇺 lovely xx 😘
That's fantastic, Great Job!!!!!
Your Future looks like Sun glasses are required.
That's awesome. Congratulations on 2 years. You know we can do a lot of things if we just put our stubborn heads to it..HOPE THAT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY HAS A HAPPY THANKSGIVING
Congratulations on your 2 year sobriety. That's such a great thing. 💜
Congratulations!!
God is good!!!!!
positives of 2020: met my boyfriend, got a puppy, started first semester of nursing school
This year has been one of my favourite years. I am having a miracle baby, I got engaged and have been approved for a home loan 🥰 so greatful for the struggle i have encountered this year has helped me and my family grow so much
One positive thing this year: being with friends and family
One positive thing that I’ve experienced in 2020 - my boyfriend started his medical residency to become a doctor (3.5 more years to go) and we moved to St. Louis in a beautiful apartment that I love! So happy for you & Steven and your new home 🏡
Congratulations!🎉🎈
One positive thing that happened this year was that I got engaged to the love of my life! 💕
Thank you for sharing everything in your life. Wishing you the best!
I feel blessed because I have a disability but I can still live by myself and live an independent life and I think it's my positive attitude that keeps me from getting physically ill and doing whatever is asked to keep myself and others safe god bless to you and your family
I'm glad you are still celebrating your new house... You deserve it and should be happy don't let others not let you be happy about it!
Spending more time with my kids this year has been the biggest blessing. Lots of walks, baking together, watching movies.
Nancy
Despite all the difficulty this year I have paid off my debt and raised my credit and started my own business so it made up for the difficult times.
Queen Lilith Congratulations and continued success to you 😁👍💯
One positive thank I’m thankful for: I got my depression/anxiety under control and am able to enjoy my time with the people I love now!
One positive thing that has came out of 2020 is im doing things for myself like mental health wise and doing things that make me Happy💜
Yes! I have one. I’d have to look up the exact name but there are some from a golf company that I ordered and they’re amazing.
Positive things this year for me: My boyfriend proposed on Halloween (my favorite holiday) we are starting to plan our wedding and future together ❤
NO WAY mine did too!!😂 congrats, it’s a fun time :) definitely a nice light with all the hard times this year!
Congrats!!
@@madisons4756 Yes! Congrats to you too!! We were all dressed up too. I was Jessie from Toy Story and he was Stinky Pete 😂
After my mom passed in January I have been blessed to be able to rebuild relationships with my 2 older brothers.
This is partly what I love this channel, the honesty and not being fake af... I really love that. Thinking of everyone thru these trying times. Hugs
The one good thing about 2020: the birth of my beautiful son 💗🥰😭
one positive thing that happened was that I learned how to stand up for myself! my boyfriend and his mom have been helping me a lot and i couldn’t be more thankful for them!
One thing that’s a positive for this year is my kids played outside with the neighbor kids more then ever before since there was nothing else to do!
Graduating college in the middle of the chaos was stressful but then I found such an amazing job so quickly that I’m so grateful for
I took the plunge and went after a lifelong dream and got my Realtor’s license and started my new career. And we bought our forever home.
"Don't let your ice cream melt, while you're counting someone else's sprinkles!"'💛💛💛
One positive thing from 2020 for me is my husband and I found out we are expecting our first baby in July 2021 🥰
Congratulations 🎉 such great news
@@crisa8345 thank you!
Omg congrats!!! How incredible ❤️
@@KellyStrack thank you!! And totally fan-girling over here that you responded 😍😂
AWSOME! Best wishes
This year was the nudge I needed to enroll in school for my bachelor’s degree. AND we are celebrating my sisters wedding tomorrow ❤️
I’m doing the same, but going for my Masters in Nursing!!! Good luck girl!
I’m currently purging so bad from differin. 😩 Did you?
@@davw.2415 yes! That’s how it works! Purge first
one positive thing is that i actually started my own youtube channel and exploring new makeup looks and new products!
Omg I love this for you!!!!! 💛💛💛
One positive thing this year: wedding planning. Even during all this chaos I have been hopeful and remaining positive that next year will be better!
One thing I gained from this year is being my own person. I have spent a lot of time working on myself and starting my first ever business and I am so excited!
pimple patches work wonders!! & i always use this spot treatment from target called " zapzyt " it works bomb and literally takes them away overnight
Haha, same! Jessica was my very first subscription and I love her, as well as Jas and Allie. I definitely have a makeup-purchasing problem!
@@mandepilot omg same! I found so many new youtubers during this pandemic due to being home so much and I’ve bought so much new makeup its crazy lol
Our family's positive this year has been finding out we have a baby due in April ❤
Family ❤️
This year I got engaged to the love of my life after 6 years of being together!
I rekindled things with my soulmate and we got engaged and recently got a puppy!! 💜🥺🦴
The
Wow that's amazing congratulations!
One positive thing: got engaged to the love of my life. Getting married in less than a month 💕
GL with everything!
positive for me was really learning more about politics and feeling like, when I voted, I was very proud of my vote.
Relationships were healed
and renewed 🙏🏻 I won’t ever forget that week with them. She ended up making a full recovery ❤️
Positive thing: I started my second year for children’s nursing
Good for you Daisy! you are needed so, so, badly! keep strong. You are a blessing to us all!
And the Mario Badescu Drying lotion is amazing for me💗
One positive, life slowing down enabling family time. Since our first lockdown, we sit down as a family for our evening meal 5/6 days a week now.
Pro tip: just wear surgical disposable masks! I wear a new one every 6 hours.
This year a couple good things that have happened is I feel my faith has grown stronger and I was able to recognize my anxiety and it turns out that I have been living with it for years and finally got the help I needed and I finally live without a tight chest and LET ME TELL YOU... it is such an amazing difference.
