Something to take note: for the research data one, you can do the ol' minecart chest in a block to add real storage to the cabinets. Also, in the next update there are empty bookshelves which accept book and quills!

You can also use Education edition to add real compounds and chemicals to your build
I have a suggestion for the freeze room:
Add powdered snow and you would get freeze to dead if you are in there too long.
It would be cool because you hearts will also be cold and makes it more realistic

How does the eye scanner door work? I’m very confused about it.
the eye on next to the door is just a lure. the actual thing that opens the door is the you hide a pufferfish next to the door because the pufferfish can activate redston and when you stand next to it it will expand, causing it to activate the redstone and open the iron door. there i hope you got your answer after all those weeks fro an answer

The coolest part was the laser!
Make a flying machine that shoots arrows from the front and tnt from the back. One more similar idea- make a flying machine that shoots fire charge from front, tnt from the sides and arrows from the back.
