No one addresses the judge properly. It's not a law & it's not mandatory.- But - it's "yes your honor., No your honor., Yes your honor. No your honor". Eazy peazy. That's how you talk to a judge. It's not hard, you're only there for 10-15 minutes. 🥺
I have a medical marijuana card, and I have been in too many dispensaries, and every single time you go in there everything is wrapped up so tight there's no way there would be physical contact unless you are the pharmacist or the client receiving the marijuana. The security stays up front and they don't even come in the back. She is so full of it.
FACTS.. you have to show IF, there is security outside the door you go in.. they buzz your ass in & out! 😂😂

The woman in the dress had a truly stanky attitude. I think DiSanto was too sick and preoccupied with her documents to notice that. On another day, she would have faced the wrath of Elizabeth. She got lucky today. She thought she was going to get money back today from her bond. Oh well, that's how it's done, the courts aim for the pocketbook and in altering attitudes.
I don’t know & maybe just me but in quite a few of her cases lately some defendants have had horrible attitudes and been very rude and she still gives them probation…I just don’t think she’s as tough as she used to be….seems like she goes completely out of her way to make it as easy as she can for them.

Accidental consumption of pot brownies my ass. 😂 As a former Washington stoner, I can confidently say there is no way someone (especially a family member and not a professional at a dispensary) could mask the taste of marijuana butter or oil to the degree that they taste like normal brownies. They have a certain “funk” to them that is instantly recognizable.

God this judge is such a pushover - why is she even in this position?? Chance after chance after chance. It’s not teaching anyone anything, its basically dragging them along the probation finish line.
I have an exstensive criminal record, lost count how many times I’ve been to court and never once have I used the good’ol everyone in my life is dying. There’s lots of pathetic excuses out there but it’s pretty sad using that one.

I want to love Judge Disanto so much but my god she frustrates me with letting people slide. People are so disrespectful to her and are violating, violating.. and she literally just says yeah ill suspend the jail time.... I feel lile the reason all her probationers violate so much is because they literally never have any consequences.
The jails are so overcrowded that sheriff's are asking them not to sentence anyone unless there is no other choice

She absolutely holds people accountable all the time. She’s a very well respected judge for a reason. Watch more of her hearings. You’ll see.
