      Nothing screams Canada quite like a 4550 Boomer. Cooling down out there yet??

      @@SouthernAlbertaRail I love those Canadian cylindrical hoppers. Just haven't been able to find any, until now, from my supplier (Otter Valley Railroad) in Canada. The heat has abated somewhat but the Humidity is high. It's an ugly trade off. It's the humidity that kills things if you know what I mean. At least in Alberta it's a dry heat for the most part, even when it is cold. Cheers.

    For adding weight they have a opening at each end of the body (behind the ladders), you can cut part of the bulb off a pipette to act as a funnel to get Liquid Gravity in there.

      They do and that's certainly a way to do it.

      the top of the car can be removed I have had a few apart then you can add your weight as needed take the end off the car will break into pieces and be scrap .
