Nira Oni is an English fan game made during Summer 2012. The game features the original four from Ao Oni, along with two new characters. Like the original, Nira Oni features random chases, puzzles, exploration through the floors of an abandoned hospital, a branching storyline and multiple endings.
Nira Oni is a difficult game, and expected to take two to three hours of gameplay to reach at least one of the endings. - Ігри

Considering they're middle school or highschool students, I think it's safe to say they just became boyfriend and girlfriend. Lord knows Hiroshi shows just how reliable he is when he gets all of them out of the hospital alive. I will say though that I love Hiroshi/Cassey and the friendship he and Ryan form over the course of the game. Their interactions together are all really cute.

@@theseashellqueenfandomgal9333 i believe that the ones we find it the perfect ending are copies, and also, the Cassey that we look for and find is one (the original one) and the one that runs is the one we find in the ending. In other words, they can be Nira Onis with a special ability of shape-shifting and with human intelligence, waiting for the last moment, when the survivors are weak and defenseless, to strike back and kill them.
