There’s actually so many things I love about the Sit DownTalk.
    1. Personal development
    2. Realistic and helpful ways for conflict resolution that apply to all relationships, romantic or platonic
    3. Hearing the duality of being married and parents.
    4. Refreshing to hear honest conversations.
    5. Everything about this podcast is approachable. Opinions and thoughts said here, don’t feel condescending or “better than thou”. It feels like things learned through lived experiences or things you’ve seen in REAL life.
    6. Not redundant! I’m so happy yall don’t just talk about masculinity/femininity, who should pay, 50/50 like most with a mic do.
    7. Y’all are hilarious 😂

My name is Marine Green and I’m a licensed therapist working with people with trauma and relationships. I adore you guys! You are both very insightful, mature, and changing the culture of the relational world. So proud of you two. You remind me of my husband and I a lot! Keep doing
What you’re doing! People should hear what you have to say!

Next sit down talk: Tell us how/why Noemie balance being seemingly traditional but modern wife and mother. I have an issue with letting go of control and being domineering and that looks like one of the changes you made since E. You seem lite and fluffy about life again and i want that

Noemi your standards/expectations do NOT sound bad! We're SUPPOSED to have healthy expectations. I think too many women are TOO IMPRESSED by the bare minimum. So I LOVE IT. And I had to do some inner work to come out of the energy of being ok with bare minimum. So shout out to your parents because it definitely starts there.

This is the second episode I’ve watched of you two. The authenticity and grace you provide to each other is admirable. I don’t watch relationship sit down talks /podcasts either because often times I can sense the inauthenticity. Or it’s just simply too surface level for me. The way you two hold space for each other emotionally and mentally is something I desire to learn to do for myself first before getting into a relationship ☺️🙌🏾

I wish I could talk with y'all, not to give opinions on y'all life, but share the perspective of someone watching that's also hyper aware of self.
Just like, Kier, you said you like hearing different perspectives on love and such, I'm watching y'all for the same reason. The difference from some people is that I understand it's just a small part of one perspective- to me it's like duh?! I don't y'all are sittin down philosophizing all day!
I'm also in a really good relationship, so others who are not might not have seen that in great relationships, they still hurt you, get on your nerves, have to grow, etc. But the reason why I like listening to yall is because I can tell that's the message your sharing. A real perspective can change people's lives, and I like listening to people who are doing it.
    Stay blessed yall

I aspire to have a healthy relationship someday (fingers crossed) and I feel like you two have that and constantly work to maintain it based on what’s availible for me to see anyways. I think you guys are very gracious in your thoughts on why some content creators keep it a little too real online. I hate to be the cynic, but I'll say it 😂unfortunately negative sells and I think some folks purposefully show these tense/raw scenarios throwing their romantic partners under the bus is because they want to increase and monetize their engagement. It's gross. I agree that people want models and want guidance on how to navigate their relationships, but it feels like those folks are either in the minority or drowned out by the rage bait. For me, that's partially why your content is so refreshing - because mental wellness is priority and you're not doing things just for shock value. I'm forever behind on watching, but I'm a repeat offender because it's awesome to see an old classmate doing well, your girls are adorable, and, as a newlywed, I appreciate your perspectives on balancing personal development and relationship dynamics. Welcome back!!

I swear, I prematurely got triggered and offended so many times for both of y’all before I realized I was misjudging your delivery and your words too quickly 😂. I also had to sit back and think about how this dynamic( vlogging and sit-down talks) is only a piece of fraction of insight into your marriage and relationship no matter how much you are comfortable sharing, we the audience still don’t know everything, nor do we need to. It made me consider how much I have to learn and unlearn in regards to relationships, roles, and personal developments as well as managing perspectives and expectations.

In all honesty I'm not quite sure why I enjoy watching yall I guess both your energies are warm and inspiring and as much as we only see 10% of your true selves that's still enough for me to be like "OK well I really like these elements of wat I can see from you both individually and your relationship combined" it's hard for most people to be even this open and vulnerable I really respect that .much love from jolly old England

I love what you have been able to achieve individually; things such as graduating law school. Mainly because it's such an accomplishment and also because it's not the path I chose for myself (individuality) I love the conversations that are had as Kier has the ability to exspress emotions with non threating verbage, that in turn helps me exspand. I appreciate that you both are choosing to grow together...

The sit down talk to me has always been very refreshing to see how couples hash things out to see what healthy communication looks like, what healthy relationships look like or even the evolution of relationships and how two people come together and do life together, that is my why for watching and listening to the Sit Down talk just preparing myself for my future because it was not always exhibited in my household. Yay Noemi would definitely love to see that list!!!

Glad to you all back and well 🤎 I feel like I need to debrief this episode with the book club 😂 there’s so much. What’s wild is that earlier in my marriage I used to consume a lot of relationship content (right around when the Black Love series was starting up). These days, you all are probably the only relationship content I consume, but what I enjoy is that it’s personal but it’s also sociological. We get the whole funnel over here!
