I read an old interview where they said they wore out the front of their jeans playing air guitar - HA! Cyclone just kicked ass and were way under-rated - Hails to the underdogs!!! Their riffs just kill and those vocals are the perfect blend of Thrash Metal combined with what it was all meant to be in the first place. What a Gem and I was lucky to own it back then - my secret discovery! I played the hell out of it. Hails from Canada again!!!

MASTERPIECE It was1990 when I heard it on a cassette tape. Heyday of Trash Metal together with E-X-E.
I remember their first concert in the Lido in Leuven as support of Acid. It was on my birthday and rumors where already spreading that Cyclone was a very fast thrash metal band, something special. And indeed they were. They blew everybody away. Cyclone was as I recall, the very first Belgian thrash metal band and they were so refreshing compared to what was going on in the Belgian metal scene up to that point. So when their first album came out, we had to have it!
Absolute great album/band. I am glad I was able to see them live.

Very good autentic belgian thrash metal from 80's, it was very original. Some times appear poor and simple but hearing with calm n fussyly it has property. Very good thrash, really.

Hey, thanx for sharing this! Good old memories indeed. I remember those guys very well in Brussels! Their jean's were ripped off around the pocket 'cause they used to do "speed metal air guitar"" all the times; their fingernails ruined the pants afetr a few weeks :)! One of those awesome belgian bands from the 80's like Sixty-Nine, Decadence, Catalepsy, Warhead...

I always like to discover underground bands. I listen to a handful. This band is not doing it for me. You must be the only person who insulted Master of Puppets. That is a masterpiece! You want to hear good shit? Damien, Hexenhaus (Swedish), Antagonist, Powermad, & Napalm (debut). I might know some more.
Loads of us loved all the underground and less appreciated thrash but make no mistake 'Master' lead the fucking way, as did Reign in blood.
