Enjoyed watching. Nars does great complexion products and this powder looks good on you.
Thank you so very much. I was mightily impressed by this little guy.
I actually do appreciate powder reviews from those who aren't necessarily "powder lovers" because you're right--you'll have a different persective.
Thank you so much!!!! I really LIKE my skin better with a good powder and yet it’s not something I rely on. So my perspective is definitely a different one. 💕
With constant releases we forget about underrated stables.I got back to my mineralize natural finish of MAC and soooo much shade range .Love 😍 my beautiful Rebecca all the way from Greece 🇬🇷 ♡♡♡
MAC honestly wrote the book on powders. Their powder foundation alone raised an entire generation! So I agree with you entirely as usual!
this powder has a lot of blurring power. wow! that was a gorgeous difference.
I’m really impressed with it, Chloe and, like I said, I don’t really rely on powder so when it makes a good difference like this on me. I have high hopes for my oily viewers
Looks like a great one to throw in your purse for touch-ups. I swear my CT powder has been in there for 2 years, and still going strong!
Exactly, Sheila! And this one feels more purse ready because the case is slimmer and matte! Haha.
The powder looks nice on you. I could definitely see myself throwing in my purse. Charlotte’s powder has been my favorite.
I feel like the Charlotte lovers will either rejoice or reject this one. I think it’s very good tho. I really do.
Wow, this looked really nice on you. Honestly, I wasn't expecting anything great. I don't wear powder either, but it could be good for a late day refresh.
It must be our names. I am exactly the same as you. When I do a late day touchup with a product like this, I am always quite happy with it though.
Here watching in front row with my oily T zone 😅🍿💕
Oh Simo, you’d make good use of this product!!!!
You powdered side definitely looks more refreshed and very air brushed. It will be hard to beat my CT pressed powder. I will take a look at this when I go in to a store to swatch the Hourglass lipsticks.
Take a look at it when you go in store for sure. I see it as very similar to Charlotte. Some people are telling me that they prefer the color choice over Charlotte and others are telling me that still, nothing can beat the Charlotte. I would love to know what you think.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty I will definitely let you know! Charlotte has been my ride or die for years so I am curious to see if this is as good or better.
@@realpixiestix yes!!!! I think Charlotte might just beat this in a pinch tho.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty I suspect you are right but you never know!
@@realpixiestix agreed!
At least the names aren't those innuendo's that seems to bother a lot of commenters!! The comments can be hilarious when discussing the big "O" 🤣😆
True true true. Thankfully the powder wasn’t called something that would require a PG-13 or X rating to purchase!
I have an oily T zone, so I'm definitely going to try this. I love Nars
Oh Debbie, I think this would be a godsend
@NotFitforPrintBeauty it sure will Rebecca, it's not here in the UK yet, but as soon as it releases, I'll pick one up.
@@debbieotoole1072 everyone in the UK, the rest of Europe and Australia is frustrated as we don’t have a release date yet.
I have never been a powder wearer, even tho I have slightly oily skin. The talc and heavy oil absorbers are not kind to my skin texture (think Charlotte Tillbury). But, the new generation of powders are really lovely...havent been so excited about makeup innovation in awhile. I currently have Dior Backstage Powder, No Powder and Westman Atelier powder and I love them...might have to try this one as it has no talc too.
I actually think you will be a huge fan of this product and the case is so slim and it’s so easy to travel. It might just become even more of a staple for you!
Hi again. I have dry skin and I only use powder to set under my eyes. I'm very happy with my drugstore powder for this. Maybe if I used powder more I would get a more upscale brand. Definitely made you look refreshed Rebecca! Have a super Sunday!💕❤️💕
Oh I totally understand, Dawn. I rarely remember even to use the good powder that I have. You and I just don’t rely on it. We are lucky.
This looks so lovely on you, dear Rebecca!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩It's not here in Europe yet, at least i did not see it, but i'll keep it in mind, easy packaging compared to my most loved one of last year, the Louboutin powder. That is such a wonderful pressed powder (have 2 shades in the meantime), but i also loved the one from Westman Atelier, and also used the other Nars one that launched i believe last year, Nars is also really a good brand for pressed powders!!! But the Louboutin powder comes in a heavy thick over the top packaging (for me than). For loose powders, i loved most my Japanese powders like Koh Gen Do, Suqqu, and also and always love the translucent one from Hourglass, good product, and they also have a small packaging!!! This product but also the no-nonsense easy packaging really calls my attention!!!! When i see it on Nars Belgium, Sephora France, or here Bijenkorf in NL, i think i'll get one!!! Thanks so much, and also for the excellent explanation again, have a wonderful day!!!!😘😘😘😘😘😘
I do not believe this has been released in Europe, the UK or Australia yet. So frustrating!
Oily skin girl here … I’m definitely picking this up. I need to look at it in person as it’s hard to choose a color online 😵💫 (for me at least LOL)
Oh I totally agree it’s tremendously hard to choose a shade from online. Especially because these are so limited.
“Fine lines and creases” I say are from being so expressive😉
I’m actually so glad u did a review on this. I was wondering if this was basically Nars version of Charlotte Tilburys flawless finish powder. Hear me out, I feel like Charlotte tweaked the shades ever since the refillable came out. I use to ALWAYS use the medium shade and now I notice it goes ORANGE on me!!! That never used to happen🥲
I’m wondering if this will be good for me since I’m VERY OILY . I do agree powder haters are usually the best reviewers. Buuuut you’re the best for reviews anyways😉
Brianna! You are so incredibly kind. Thank you for your very nice comment. I am not shocked to hear you say two things about Charlotte powders. Number one I’m not surprised to hear you say that you feel it’s a little different since it’s gone refillable. And I’m certainly not surprised to hear you say that it goes orange on you. You know that everything Charlotte turns orange. Because I see these as kind of similar in what they achieve, I feel like this might be a winner for you as long as you can find the right shade.
Thank you!!! I’ve seen a few reviews on Sephora saying the new refillables (medium shade) are going orange on medium light skin tones like myself. It’s SO strange. Why change something that isn’t broken? Why not INSTEAD extend the shade range? for sure!! I think I might get the same shade as you. Much love from Arizona ❤️
@@briannaarballo733 yep. They change it to refillable and sneak in formula changes at the same time. Typical!
I am interested in this 😊💕
It’s a lovely product, Whitney
Looks beautiful ❤
💕💕💕💕
I’m so glad you reviewed this one! I have super oily skin and so this is a helpful review. I’m going to pick up the light neutral shade online & hope for the best!
Let me know what you think, if you have a moment, especially compared to the other powders that you really rely on every day.
I’ve used it for a couple weeks now & I like it quite a bit but it’s not a holy grail product unfortunately. I still have shine peeking through after 4-6 hours & it’s harder to do touch ups since I have to use a brush with it. Also there’s not a lot of product in the container so I wonder if it’s worth the price. However it’s finely milled, sits well on the skin, doesn’t oxidize & doesn’t emphasize fine lines, so there’s lots of pros too!
@@MF-Dog-Mom I think what you say here is so true of so many products. Perfect in some respects and lacking in other respects and then you have to take the price into consideration. I think it’s why we all always look for the holy grail and why is it so hard to find.
It looks good and made you look better
Thank you so much, Leslie!!!
I tried it…..still love the Charlotte Airbrush powder more. It’s still the best!
It def rules the roost in the powder world for sure
Mine in Creek just arrived yesterday, so I can’t wait to use it today. I have an oily t-zone so I definitely use powder!
For an oily T-zone, Rabbi, this will be a wonderful solution!
Darn! I was just at Sephora yesterday and didn’t know about this! 😢 Next time. I did have a nice mini haul.
Came hour with the Gucci foundation, a few of the new Dior Lip maximizer, beauty blender bounce foundation, the glow advocado face wash etc
I forget what else😂
I do see the shades are lacking, not many to choose from, hmmmm
@@belindafischer2920 but, someone pointed out, more than Charlotte!
@@belindafischer2920 I don’t know if these are in store at Sephora just yet so you might not have missed it.
Definitely trying. Great review.
Thank you so very much! I really hope it works for you as well
I'm an oily girl so I definitely want to try this out. Hopefully we won't have to wait too long for it to hit Australia
Melissa! I was just talking to viewers in Europe about how no one knows when it will arrive on their shores as well. It’s so frustrating
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty I decided to contact NARS since I thought we would have it by now. They replied saying at this time, there is no release date for Australia....
@@melissaz6778 oh that’s terrible. That’s absolutely terrible. Whatever reason in the world would they have for that? That’s terrible
It's just strange. We have the other "soft matte" products. I'm hoping it's just going to be a while rather than not at all...
@@melissaz6778 agreed. It feels punitive and makes no sense
Good evening Rebecca, I am not a fan of powder for the whole face on me.I only use CT under my eyes to set my concealer.Your right side of your face did look bright and flawless.Looks like a good powder to me.Thanks for the great video !!💕Arleen
You know what, Arleen? I'm really liking it under the eyes. I am the same as you. I really don't set my whole face.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty The only powder I use on my face is bronzer. It works for me !!
@@arleenmeinhardt7830 I do the same!
I'm a huge powder girl! I have so many unopened ones which I need to get thru. IDK if this is something I need... I do like pressed but more a fan of loose powder.. You look amazing today girl!
Thank you so much, Renee. Have you tried the old loose Charlotte Tilbury powder? Not that you need another powder!
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty no I have the pressed. I will though
@@reneegrace7965 it’s a nice one. But her pressed is actually better.
Hey Rebecca! I think this year instead of eyeshadow I’m obsessing over items like this! I cannot wait to try this! Shine is my enemy and this Italian lady is an oil slick 🤦🏻♀️😬I wish this would come to Ulta!! Thank you so much for your review ❤❤❤ Also NARS does great complexion so I knew this was going to be good!! We are also shade twins 👯♀️ so this works out well 🎉 Edit : lol I just ordered from the NARS website and ordered creek
Oooo tell me what you think of Creek. I think I could have worn that one too. And....don't be so quick to knock an oily complexion. Less fine lines and wrinkles FOR SURE!
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty I will definitely let you know we are usually shade twins but the warm undertone scared me with the powder lol so I went with cool 🤷🏻♀️
@@Amylynn0625 That was my tough decision too!!!
Today was my first full day w the light warm and so far I really like it. Like we talked about I would have been happier with a light neutral but the warm works pretty well I think. I usually use CT and I think they are similar but I think Nars has a bit more coverage and staying power. It was unusually chilly in Tampa today so I won’t know for sure how it works here until it’s back to swamp like heat and humidity😂
Hello Celeste! Exactly! You and I were relegated to the warmer shade but I do think it works. We have unusually cool temperatures in California, as I guess everyone knows because we are on the news with the rain. But who are we both kidding, both Florida and California will be back to the heat in probably two days ha ha.
Hi Lovely Rebecca !! I also don’t wear much powder . I have the Givenchy and Dior powder foundation and they both are finely milled and preform beautifully on the skin. I can really see a difference when you applied this powder and a great one to keep in your Mary Poppins bag 💼 😉mine definitely hold a multitude of sins 🤣🤣. Have a lovely day 💕🥰
A Mary Poppins bag! What a perfect description! And it’s so true. I liked filming this video as a reminder to myself that powder does work and I really should use it more often.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty Yes !! That’s so true 💕
@@bridgettucker3692 💕💕💕
I’m not a powder fan either and I have combination skin. I don’t mind my natural oils peaking through, no big deal for me long as I don’t look like I’ve been swimming lol. I have their light reflecting powder, I only buy new powders when I run out so it’ll be awhile until I try a new one lol .
Oh for sure. Wait until you need more. It’s tough because it takes so long to get through a powder!!
This looks nice ,I will see if it comes 2 sephora uk or look fantastic may be xx I do use by Terry loose but I feel it kind of goes in the air a bit 😊
Oh yes. It does poof into the air. I agree!
😃😃😃

Hello hello 😁ummm I'm cruising on the Tarte website (what else would I do)... Tarte has quite a few blurring products I think... The clay gem loose and pressed foundations, the Tarte Skintreat, Shape tape cloud, bb blur tint, sunset blur finishing powder 😵😵 I have no idea which one to try! I think you tried them all. Do you have any idea or opinion which of these had best blurring effect?
I do think I have reviewed them all. Some of those, correct me if I’m wrong, that you mentioned, are actually powder foundations and not necessarily setting powders. So, first, let me know what you are more in the market for. One that really is truly just to set and finish make up or one that actually is the make up as well?
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty I'm thinking about both I guess. I'd like to have a foundation option that works for normal to dry skin but I also like the idea of a blurring setting powder
Hey Rebecca, great video as usual. I really wanna try this. Do you have any info on the UK release date?? Love from the UK as always, Melissa xxx
Melissa! I was just talking to a viewer in continental Europe who is asking the same question. It’s just so confusing these release dates. They drive me crazy. Here in the US, we get luxury releases like Chanel and Dior and such later than Asia and often Europe and I can never keep up so I understand the bind. I will definitely keep my ear to the ground.
Thanks ❤️
@@melissac1360 💕💕💕
I def don’t need but it has had good reviews and funny most people saying same thing. It does best as a touch up powder. They felt it was too powdery for initial set
I also want to try it as a powder foundation. Or just a little bit with concealer. So I will report back
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty ok I heard others say they don’t think it had enough coverage to be power foundation. But idk.
@@veronicamcminn7775 no way agreed. Def a setting powder only. I just wonder, with concealer….
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty ohh yea some people said little too heavy for under eyes and some like it. So I guess it depends. I usually stick to my PM for under eyes
I'm glad we are moving on from dewy releases 😊 they showed too much texture & made me look like I was sitting in a sauna
That’s hilarious! It’s totally a sauna look. You’re so correct
Thanks for video 🥰. May I ask what brand is ur lipstick and which shade
That is the new hourglass lipstick in the shade Cypress. It is a winner!
@Not Fit for Print Beauty you always look awesome. Thanks for sharing the info 🥰 by the way just to let you know I love your videos they are so helpful all the time. Thank you xoxo
@@shadandehgahi1223 that is so incredibly kind of you to say. Thank you so so much. I am so happy to have you here
Could this be used as a powder foundation ?
I want to say yes, Jessika, but that would be a little bit of an overstatement. It’s very nice with blurring properties and a tiny bit of coverage on no makeup days but it’s not quite enough coverage to serve as a powder foundation. I suppose if you put it in the realm of a tinted moisturizer, a little less coverage than that. But it certainly could work
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty thank you ❤️
This powder has more shades than charlotte
EXCELLENT point, Gabbie!
