He is a very intelligent person. He has always created problems for himself by always speaking the truth. Sometimes its wiser to remain silent than speaking the truth.
He is not that smart then and never learnt his lesson. Other managers speak the truth behind close doors and rarely go public, but this man does it to remove blame from himself and get public opinion on his side. He overdoes so often that it backfires and it's no surprise he gets fired from many clubs.

It was nice to hear Joses thoughts and him being somewhat humble, probably by his experiences and ending up on Sky Sports at the start of a season instead of as a manager. He came across FAR more likable than I can ever previously remember when hearing him talk.

Sir Alex wasn't just the coach or the manager, he was also what the president of football or sporting director is to other clubs looking at how the workings at an organisational level has changed. They couldn't/shouldn't have replaced him with just one guy. So I want to know how that works with a businessman making footballing decisions.

I don’t think Jose would want to go to Madrid again considering the mess they’re in. However, the counter argument could be that Real have signed some top players like Hazard, who admitted that he’d like to work with Jose again, Ferland Mendy, Luka Jovic and Eder Militao. If he adds some of his own signings, and gets rid of the deadwood at Real, then a move to Madrid will make sense. But most importantly, the board need to promise him full control over transfers should he be appointed.

Watching this clip (and others) with quite a lot of envy. This is what an analysis is all about. Proffesionalism, serious and with knowledgde. In Holland they managed to completely destroy every serious bit of analysis as there is an audience present in the studio, musicians and even some of the analytics are actors or stand up comedians (no joke). I love watching Mou's talking, because we haven't get to see he speaks very often when he was managing Chelsea. Besides the pre match PC. We kinda get to know him in person seeing him talking and expressing his thoughts in a show like this. I know most people said that his a man with temper issues. But i don't really care about that, because when he was Chelsea manager he rarely made a stupid and silly error or mistakes. Like player selection for matches and even on buying players. Like how he told Abramovich to just pay and don't talk to much when he told him to buy Drogba we barely know who Drogba is before Chelsea. But being at such a club with such a manager now the whole world knows who Drogba is. Who would dare say that Mou made a mistake by buying Drogba? No one!!! He's our all time living legends. And Chelsea were in their glory days under his management, always win, of course there's a few draws and loses but it rarely happens. We are not threatened by any opponents that time. We are afraid of no one that time. We only knew one thing and that is to keep winning
