    Thanks Matt, I've switched to ring rows. So comfortable. I've been doing neutral grip pullups lately too. Gotta save the forearms for tennis

    Matt, I'm a 78yo female working on pullups on a bar. I find that a wide grip seems to be easier for me. Is there any problem with using a wide grip? Is there a benefit or drawback for either a wide grip or a narrower grip? Thanks.

    Hi Matt, is it also better to do dips on rotating handles such as rings rather than a bar? I find it very difficult to balance.
