The highest correction setting for me is 40...

I think the 16 is just for apple (Mac)..
It's cause you use Windows not Apple.

Here's a tip (unless you don't want to do it):If that correction thing annoys you by closing every time you try to open it, like at 0:33, just do this:Go to the, "space", I guess, where the correction key is. Take the three dots that are to the left of the correction key and left click and hold. Then drag it to the left of the screen like in the middle ish portion. Now you shouldn't have to worry about it closing on you. It hopefully should work fine. And if not, then, I'm sorry XD I can't help ya there.(just so you know I am the type of person that comments a ton so you have been warned {they are always good comments tho})

How do you make the lines less pixelated?? I turned up the resolution to 3000 and it didn’t really help :(

how'd you make your pen tip make that sharp tip without setting it up as "force fade in/out"? when I set my brushes like that it gets really annoying because it changes AFTER I make the line

I guess not many people know this, and she was having a lot of issues with this, but the higher the correction is, the slower you have to draw, turning your correction up can help as long as you draw slower, if you try to draw fast with a higher correction, it can't keep up and the lines come out weird. (This video is really old oops)

Your videos are helping me a lot. I recently download FireAlpaca and I didn't know how to use it, It's similar to SAI (I'm more familiar with that program) but at the same time very different. I'm still figuring out how to paint in FireAlpaca T___T

ok i know this video was made forever ago but by default my brushes end in a very round line? like hers/yours ends more smoothly and its not so abrupt? i dont know how to change it :(
klance is canon if you’re using a Tablet you have to fix the pen pressure sensitivity
I know this video is old and it might not be the same model but my brushes don’t have the circle thing that hovers over your cursor. Because of this I have a lot of trouble lining my work because the brush cursor is shaped like a rectangle-y shape and it doesn’t draw exactly where my cursor is. And it’s not just my tablet because using it on another program like paintool sai (I can’t save stuff anymore because my trial ended) it comes out just fine. Is there any way to fix this?
Edit: I notice now that the shape of yours is the same but you do have a circle around it and it does go directly where the cursor is for you
I'm really really really confused cause everybody on UA-cam has all these different brushes but I only have pen pencil eraser airbrush and another airbrush? And when I try to add a new brush thing it only gives me the options of pen pencil eraser and airbrush, help!!!!!

Eugenie Situ ues, when you go into the settings on the brush, make sure to tick the box thats says "Size by pressure"

Get a drawing tablet you're going to need one to do good art anyway.
Jeon Jjeoreo there are plenty of people who can do good art without a tablet but yes you will need one for pen pressure
You need a tablet to do that, and if you don't have one, erase over the edges so it looks nice.
You set it as size by pressure
Do digital brushes respond little delayed from real time. Can we fix that.

Is there a tool in FireAlpaca that's the equivalent of the pen in Adobe Photoshop?
There is this super annoying 1 second pen delay when you draw on FireAlpaca. I was wondering if you know how to fix it, because it doesn't seem like you have a problem with it in the video. Thanks :)
this seems to be really good program but i also suggest medibang pro, it has almost all these features, works well, free, and very easy to use..you guys can try that.

At 1:46, see how in the preview it shows the line dark. Mine is very light and gray, almost not visible. Anyone know how to change that? I can't draw with the pen because it's too...light.

I've noticed that the brush is a little slow and I have to scribble at a certain distance to get it to work. Is that normal and solvable?
Sorry if this is late, but do you have your correction on the highest setting? The higher the correction the slower your brush gets.

Cloudy is a custom brush you have to download. I think she has a video showing her brushes somewhere with the download links, though some of them don't work.

hiii so my pen brush comes out just like a pencil brush, like the edges aren't sharp do you have any suggestions to fix this? oh and your voice is really soothing for some reason lmao
you can double click your brush in the brush windows for the setting to pop up and check if "opacity by pressure" is turned on. if it is, turn it off. that should give it harder edges and not be so fadey!

Hmm, do you have the latest driver for your tablet on your computer? If not, it's easy to fix. If you have a wacom model you can go on the wacom site, find the tablet you have and download the driver for free. - I had this problem last time I needed to update my tablet.
If that's not the problem, take a look at your settings on the tablet. I'm pretty sure the programs automatically have tablet sensitivity enabled anyway but check just to be sure too :)

Are you sure you didn't accidentally have it set to transparent colour or were accidently using the eraser tool?
Have you actually set up a canvas? Because if your drawing space is dark gray, you won't be able to draw on it, you have to open up a canvas. Click on 'File' then click 'New..'

When i set the correction higher it does nothing.
No difference from 0 to 19.

Help, I closed the brush tabs and don't know how to get em back
Go to the top where it says File, Edit, Layer ect and go to the one that says window. Push the tab and click the button that says brushes, this works for all other windows wooop
I went to 19 on corrections but..... my hands are so shaky it helps but not a lot

+XXmythixspiritXX AJ I used to draw with a mouse and I also drew with the touch-pad on laptops before I got my tablet. I don't think there's any way to make a brush look better with those tools though since tablets play a big role in the smoothness of brush strokes and whatnot.
My first tablet costed $60 which is cheap compared to what I've seen out there so you're best bet is to save up. Sorry about that ;A; I know how hard it is to draw with a mouse ahah. OTL
