Be aware that it does not always work. Can hammer the socket on tight, but it can also turn without turning the nut. Then you have no easy method of removing the socket. A cutter grinder, hard chisel and maybe a welder might get you out of trouble. Garages do these for a fixed fee using their own methods, but sorting out someone else's mess is open ended.
