According to the website you are not allowed to tip?
Tiping is only an American custom. Management thinks it will make guests that are not from America uncomfteble. Though, no one at the hotel will turn down the tip. They appreciate it.
Different cultures have different perspectives. I have a friend who was stationed in Japan and he explained that, at least in Japan, if you tip, it is considered an insult to the employee and company. I'm sure you could leave a gift in place of money as a "thank you," though.
