I think in gta 3 and gta vice City, the cars floats forever, because our character cannot swim. So even if he falls in the water, he can stand on the floating car as much as he wants. And in other gta games, our character can swim. Therefore the cars sinks after a while because if the cars sink also, our character will not die. Because he can swim. Who ever agrees with me, hit like. 👇👇👇
