Yes exactly this is one of the major things we need to discuss,,, now a days marriage in ladakh turned into lot materialistic then emotions,,,we all being hipocreat talk about safeguard of ladakh culture but now look we are witnessing rapid cultural change in the name of modernisation we ourselves destroying our culture,, positive change is good upto some extant but when the change turned into burden on someone or a society it's the indication that we are onto wrong direction,,,strict action must be taken against in comming years,, let's be more aware citizen rather showing off on materialistic things 🙏

The real challenge lies in translating these discussions into tangible actions.
Marriages, festivals, funerals are deeply rooted in our traditions. While training sessions, literacy events, and conferences address key issues, their impact is limited unless individuals and communities actively embrace change.
The timing of such events might appear late as most of the marriage in Ladakh is near to over for the year but the consistent effort of Ama Tsogaspas is still a step forward and overwhelming.
True transformation happens when these dialogues inspire people to think critically and implement changes in their everyday lives.
