    - Merchants have no time: Solutions that leverage existing content of do-it-for-me type tools win out against complicated do-it-yourself tools
    - Growing Fast is expensive
    - NPS is Key
    - Help your customers grow: Products that help SMEs make revenue always win out against products that save time for SMEs
20:35 - Two things entrepreneurs care about finding customers and getting paid by those customers.

    This is so concise.
Lots of densely related topics - suddenly feeling differently about what to measure

Hi Matt actually came across your new company a couple of years ago. But I think you may be wrong about text... WhatsApp yes, text I don't think so most people I know don't open texts they review them without actually opening them. that's because banks etc send out OTP's by text...But for business comms instant messaging platforms rule. Another issue is that where text does lead is in developing countries because of the relative high cost of data I. these regions. But Ringbot used Twilio and the cost of sms packages with Twilio is very high when you take USD exchange rates into account compared to local bulk sms providers in developing countries.
Inovative product though. will be exciting to watch where you take it!

Yeah... this video didn't do better because SME and SMB mean different things.
