To the comments on how much gear you see in this video. Keep in mind you’re looking at the Tiger Woods or Lebron of his respective sport. This is a true professional and a man who can match any forage or hatch wherever he’s at and win a tournament. Thanks for the tour Mike Best of luck and tight lines
Nice, thanks for the insite....can you show us what u take out with you on the kayak on a day of fishing say when you might be exploring a new body of water? Like your just haves and search bait type stuff and you are also limited because of the kayak so I would like to see how uu would do that. Thanks man and good luck this year
Mike, That is cool, I am just like you. I pack everything because if you are truly fishing by your gut you could be using anything. It’s nice to have it tuned in by first day of tournament but why not have everything for practice. Good luck, this is your year.
I utilize the deck system as well. Love it. I mounted a sliding bed on top of it which makes it pretty easy to access items in the front of the bed. There are some pros and cons to it though. Limits head room a bit and sliding bed doesnt fit window to window so you do have about 4" of space between the bed and window on each side. Im alittle OCD...I hate wasted space. lol
I thought i carried a lot as a bank fisherman lol. 2 Flambeau WP5005s full of hardbaits and a smaller box for jigs and my other terminal tackle, add in the soft plastics and it's quite the variety.
😲 I've been in many a tackle shop with less gear than what he's got in his boat, let alone the truck... I was actually surprised it was just 30 rods! I was expecting 50!!
Mike, Thank for sharing. I'm not surprised but I am impressed. I would have guessed weight in the front to get on pad quicker. Thanks for the lesson. Wayyy too much stuff for one person to use, on the other hand it is your job so I get it. I'm guessing there have been more times than you care to recall when you said. I can't believe I left my whopper plopper box in the truck or the garage or I was sure I had my 6" sprayed grass lizards in here, what happened. But I have to say I think it may be time to buy a label maker! Thanks for the great Video!
I think the amount of tackle here is excessive. I mean even for a guy at Ike’s level. I would have a hard time finding what I was looking for timely just do to how much crap was in my way. But that being said Ike knows what’s best for Ike.
Awesome video! It’s crazy to think how much tackle you’ve got! Great storage tips that I can hopefully utilize one day. College is expensive and it’s hard to even afford a bag of plastics to get on the water sometimes, let alone anything else, and you’ve got a wall, boat, and truck full! I wish I had even a handful of those haha! How do you accumulate so much?! Anyway, good luck this year and tight lines Ike!
@@carson4632 over time I suppose things accumulate.😁 I stock up on trout gear during the summer and bass stuff in the winter. More cost effective, but they are always coming out with that new real or plastic/lure that I gotta have😁
Pretty neat tour thanks for sharing!! I can only afford like a couple duplicates of my favorite lures but it works for me. I wonder what gas mileage you get all rigged up like that? ? Like 6 miles per gallon? You must need lots of rods because when you get pissed you break them. I also wonder what toll pro fishing takes on a marriage and how couples manage? Maybe it’s good for marriages, not being around as much you don’t get on each other’s nerves. Also how long do you keep or replace your plastic baits? Do they have a “ best used by date” on them? Can they dry up or are they more effective when just out of the package? Lots of stuff! I’m just happy with my ultralight annoying a few bluegills in my dinky yak if I can get a day off 😂.
Good lord man I didn't realize how much tackle you guys carry, that must be 30k in lures and line and another 15k in rod and reels. Mad props to you, I see know it's not just fishing.
when you fish for a living you can't ever have to miny rod's and fishing tackel I found that out the hard way year's ago so yea its better to have to much then not enough oh and Ike keep showing those other pro's what your made of your awsome
What a great walk through. It’s amazing how much gear you carry just on your boat. I know you said you carry 25-30 Ross for practice, but how many rods do you replace during the 4 month season?
Like a wet dream for someone like me with one rod that shore fishes. Its almost depressing lol need to book another charter at stick marsh or istokpoga to get over it
Save your money on the charter and buy a used kayak or jon boat and get out on the water. Most people only need one rod in reality, especially if you only casually fish one species.
Apparently I dont have as bad of a tackle problem as i thought I did hahahaha. I only have one room of tackle and I fish for everything salt and fresh. Great to see the some insight on pro status. I can only imagine how much of a project it is when you reorganize knowing how mine is hahaha
necro but it looks like there are about 200 boxes of crank baits behind you. it must be hard on an off day in a tournament when nothing you have is working knowing you have that many options at home in your shop.
Holy stuff! Awesome video ! Lots of pros have so much stuff people should think about giving their old stuff or the stuff they don't use anymore away to people who don't have the money or sponsors lol (me)
You need to do a giveaway with all that extra tackle! Prefill packages with a little bit of everything and give them away! Also if you use my idea I should get the first bag haha
And the grand total is... Any guesses just for fun on how much all that brand new gear including boat and truck would cost if a guy would have to pay retail for it?
Hey, Tyler! It's about having fun and making memories. If not that? Why even fish! You don't need all that stuff if Mike had to pay for all that tackle he would be broke! He could even afford the Boat and truck. If he had a real job. Think about it. SHAWN.
"should be enough for one tournament day" good lord.
You have more tackle than the tackel dealer in my Hometown.😅
Holy crap!!! I can't believe he has so much stuff. Even at the end, over his right shoulder. Boxes of stuff. Just crazy!!
To the comments on how much gear you see in this video. Keep in mind you’re looking at the Tiger Woods or Lebron of his respective sport. This is a true professional and a man who can match any forage or hatch wherever he’s at and win a tournament.
Thanks for the tour Mike
Best of luck and tight lines
Thanks Mark! Tight lines brother!
Hey Mike thanks for the props on the DECKED system! Looks great and proud to be on board with you on tour!
You have more stuff than most sporting goods stores I shop at! 😂 . Good luck this season! My son and I will be following your progress!
I thought the 4 boxes I carry was a lot.
You and me both!
He’d never use them ever. Tie 25 baits and you’re done.
Same dude! I'm like 5 packs of strike king craws is all i need.
Thanks Mike for the tour..I've always like to see you in tournaments. So much stuff. I can't wait for the yard sale. Good luck.
Nice, thanks for the insite....can you show us what u take out with you on the kayak on a day of fishing say when you might be exploring a new body of water? Like your just haves and search bait type stuff and you are also limited because of the kayak so I would like to see how uu would do that. Thanks man and good luck this year
I like it! You don't have to have as much as what's in this boat and trailer to be able to benefit from the same type of set up.
Ah... To be successful and do what you love... Really cool bro! Good luck this year, will be rootin for ya
Thanks for the support!
This guy has a whole store in his garage. #Goals
BOY a whole warehouse in his boat
Mike,
That is cool, I am just like you. I pack everything because if you are truly fishing by your gut you could be using anything. It’s nice to have it tuned in by first day of tournament but why not have everything for practice. Good luck, this is your year.
Thanks so much for this one MR.Mike , sharing your organization process , so neat too , I really like
mike you will always be my favorite pro. your truck melts my face every time I see it. :o
I'm really digging the soft plastic storage. I do something similar but I don't do the bags in the box. I'm adding that to my setup.
I utilize the deck system as well. Love it. I mounted a sliding bed on top of it which makes it pretty easy to access items in the front of the bed. There are some pros and cons to it though. Mike you duh man! Thanks for the tour. Have a great season...we'll be watching.
Thanks for the kind words Jim!

Every fisherman has they're own way of doing things. This is one of the things that keeps me at my best. Thanks for watching Frank! Tight Lines!
Good luck this season and good luck at the classic. I’ll be rooting for you from lake Casitas!
Every pro and even some wanna be’s has a shop or garage full of tackle.

@@carson4632 over time I suppose things accumulate.😁 I stock up on trout gear during the summer and bass stuff in the winter. More cost effective, but they are always coming out with that new real or plastic/lure that I gotta have😁

25-30 rods?! I haven't owned that many in my entire life! 😆
I just wonder how many thousands of dollars of weights are in that box behind his driver's seat alone?
I wanna go to that Wolf Preserve in North Jersey
Just enough larger to be an excellent tackle box
Great video! You got the dream setup going man! Keep it up.
I want one of those hats and those flambeau with the handles nice set up good video see ya on the next one👍🏼

My arsenal of baits not even close to yours! Holy Crap! Thanks for sharing this with us! Good luck this year Mike!👊💥
You own a whole fishing store it seems like with all that supplies
Do you even have room for the fish?
Good lord man I didn't realize how much tackle you guys carry, that must be 30k in lures and line and another 15k in rod and reels. Mad props to you, I see know it's not just fishing.

It's a good thing I dont have money like that I'd have big 300 gallon tanks set up with big pike / muskie shiners and suckers
Good luck in 2018 Mike !! Love the video Bro. 🎣🎣🎣
Thanks Cory!
You collect old wooden lures.?
I've got a few I'm looking to sell.
Nice setup!
Great video!! What tires are you running on your Tundra? Also do you prefer Double Cab or Crewmax?
damn those spare rods is building up!!!!!
holy shirt bro, I only want to ride with you to watch your magic. you have a layout that seems mythical.

Your the man Ike catch some big ones this year
Appreciate it Bryan!
A whole tackleshop in the truck and boat alone
If I may ask, how much does your boat weigh with gear and fluids? Thank you.
Great video. Thank you for sharing. Do you let conditions dictate, bait color, size, and technique? Or, is that just a small piece of the puzzle?
Thats a huge piece of the puzzle!
Mike Iaconelli Bass Fishing Can you do a video on the puzzle, and how to solve it. I just can’t figure out how to catch the right size fish.
hats off mate super organised
Awesome man, hope one day I can have setup like this
Keep chasing the dream and never give up!
Awesome truck and rig!
Thanks Anthony!
Mike,Were headed to Sc from Sav, See you next week son! Now get your tackle game right Look for my big ass sumbrero.
Awesome!
I think you are short a few rods in your storage compartments against the garage wall. Better get work'n on that!
You should start make pop sockets. They will probably sell out fast though
Holy stuff! Awesome video ! Lots of pros have so much stuff people should think about giving their old stuff or the stuff they don't use anymore away to people who don't have the money or sponsors lol (me)
Do you ever make a box for a particular lake you are going to be fishing?
I got to meet him he is awesome
3 packs per bait, size, and color!! I get one bag, and if I don't get bait. I don't even bother
Man this is my dream job and just started the tournament trail for youth anglers b.a.s.s trail. Any tips man?

Thanks Dwayne!
Nicely done,Ike. You didn't mention chatterbaits...do you fish them at all?
He did mention chatterbaits he just called them vibrating jigs
Michael Martin you're right

Mark Blackstad 40k-70k would be my guess
70k wouldn't even buy the boat!!! I'm guessing around 300k+.
Has anyone ever used the rapala twitchrap made out of balsa, if so what colors have tou had luck with.
What do you do with the old stuff do you just keep stockpiling it
My favorite tool,heavy TP 🤓
Hey mike, your demon DT-6 and 10 is on fire on Martin right now.... just a tip from a bama guy:)
Thats what I like to hear Chase!
Nice setup
Got any spare baits your willing to give to a 15 year old bass angler named Tyler
Hey, Tyler! It's about having fun and making memories. If not that? Why even fish! You don't need all that stuff if Mike had to pay for all that tackle he would be broke! He could even afford the Boat and truck. If he had a real job. Think about it. SHAWN.
Got any beetle spins?
Mike, you’re really missing out on not having some sponsor checks coming in from Ziploc 😂😂
Just curious whats the kayak for😂
I wonder if everything is labeled?
