DeWalt Chainsaw Replacement Chains - proper size and fit for ALL models REFERENCE

DeWalt replacement saw chains can be very hard to find online or in retail stores. Here is a helpful video that lists replacement saw chains for the most popular DeWalt chainsaws. When looking for a replacement: match pitch/gauge/links and you'll be fine. Or pick a quality chain from Oregon, they make it super easy.

A lot of care and attention went into this video to make sure these are all the right saw chains, but no guarantees. Use 3rd party saw chains at your own risk. I own four of these chain saw models and have used Oregon chains with great success (both AdvanceCut and VersaCut chains).
Chainsaws are DANGEROUS, please use common sense and follow all manufacturer's instructions. Use and follow this video at your own risk, no promises, no guarantees etc. You are doing this at YOUR own risk. This may void your warranty and/or may shorten the service life of your chainsaw. And make sure you put on the new chain in the RIGHT DIRECTION, read the manual!!
ALWAYS REMOVE THE BATTERY and LOCK THE CHAIN BRAKE before doing any kind of maintenance on your chainsaw!! Sort of a no-brainer but can’t be too careful!

Local Ace Hardware and Oregon chains for me. Never had issues. But I used only the same chain type forever. I need to get a limber. I have an extended hand powered pole saw. Keeps my shoulders sore and in bad shape 🙂

We haven't had much luck with longer 3/8"LP chains at our local Ace but yes, Oregon makes super nice chains!

I tried the 043 guage chain in my Dcm575 and it was too narrow, the bar keeps getting stuck.
