  • Detailed discussion about each Option in the Qlik Sense Pivot Table (New object in Qlik visualization bundle)
    This video discusses in detail, the options available in the current and what is the difference in the new extensions. Also discussed a few use cases in the video.
    A prominent feature of the new pivot is it has been divided into four sections.
    1. Dimension Header 2. Measure Header 3. Dimension Values and 4. Measure Values and you can control font, size, color, background, etc for all these four areas separately. Also, you can control sorting on the fly and the color of the total and Null symbol.

    I'm badly missing the Expand all/Collapse all in the contextual menu. Why has that gone missing? I even had my hopes so high that I was hoping the good old Qlikview feature of being able to expand or collapse to a certain level of the dimensions... please could we have these features back?

    Nice comparison. I'm was waiting for release on the enterprise version to test it. It is a shame a dimension cannot be drag into the columns section. That is quite killer for our company. Is it possible to drag dimensions to change the order?. For example. Move Year to be the first dimension (of course, not using dev mode, but for final user)?

      Hi Cristian, Unfortunately that is not possible either. You can't adjust the position of column in Analysis mode. again unfortunate. May be this the reason it hasn't replaced main pivot table.

      @adnan5339qlik Thanks. That's a shame. Let's hope it's added in next releases
