Honestly I’d say this was a pretty even battle. If Zen hadn’t failed the dub full in he woulda definitely won, if Sena hadn’t paused in his second pass he woulda won. I think it’s fair that Zen won was overall he was cleaner and less repetitive
The judges did Sena dirty on this one. He didn't fall or barely landed any of his combos. His combos were pretty well executed, and they were very high-level combos as well, not to say that he overpowered Zen, but Zen's first pass was a very stupidly high level single trick, which he barely landed, fair to say he won round 2, but he still didn't landed his double full in, that makes it 2-1 in Sena's favor
I knew I would get these comments. I'll make a battle analysis and I'll attempt to fight for both sides. At the end of the day, the judges on the floor made their call, and its harder to judge in the moment compared to having replay and time to think. We can help to provide support and respect for the athlete that didn't make it through if they should have.
You know this was not fair actually, sena did it well, he never fall in his pass, i mean just let him win, i know he look so traditional but at least he did it well than Zen at there
Zen is a fave doing all the tricks we dreamed of since the beginning of tricking. Tbh and solely imo. Zen won because 1st pass, what on earth was that? 2nd pass, such an intricate combo. Compared to Sena who typically does the same thing in different order with limited range. To the “law” Sena could’ve won. But Zen won 2 rounds of the 3.

agree!
I think that pause to redirect trip doesn't matter. Will Coneys has also done pauses like that, if not longer, to raiz trip, so I see it as valid
Needless to say that I think Sena won

I'm not a fan of Sena's style but it's clear as day that he won
