COMFORT TRICK FOR THESE!! I bought these and had real comfort problems at first. Trying a whole bunch of different tips helped to some degree but not a whole lot. Certainly not enough to make them nice to wear if even tolerable for long periods. That I found is that if you get a medium to larger tip, push it as far as u can down onto the nozzle, to the point where the end of the nozzle is pretty much flush with the end of the tip and then put it in, it doesn’t really enter your ear canal but seals at the entrance and the body of the iem being as large as it is, just clocks it into place. That makes it not only stay outside your sensitive ear canal but also holds it more secure so it doesn’t move around and exacerbate any soreness or discomfort there would’ve been. My ears were sore from playing for 2-3 hours yesterday but with this new method, even with my ears sore, I played almost 8hrs today and felt literally nothing. The were actually more comfortable than my 7hz sonus and those are super comfortable iems. To anybody having amd discomfort at all with these, try this trick. I can’t express how much difference it made for me. If it does work for you, like this comment so ppl know it’s not just a smoke blowing session. This made me able to love the feel as much as I love the sound. I can literally doze off in these things now.
A lot of work to make them comfortable. You know what I did? Got the cheaper Cadenzas. They're just as good. They're dirt cheap and are comfortable. I rarely touch my Orchestra Lites anymore actually.
I still love my orchestra lites. I go back n forth between those and the aretes. Once I found the way they worked for me, they honestly became the most comfortable and the most “locked in” set of iems I own.
Ever since I have used your audio settings I have been getting frags after frags, and I'm able to hear locations of enemies so clear. Thank you Art for making my gaming feel much better! (I suffer with overstimulation, so art's audio settings really help me focus)
I bought the Orchestra Lite a couple months ago and they are my reference IEMs. I love BA sound and the Kiwi Ears Orchestra Lite does an excellent job giving you awesome clarity, resolution, and detail but yet there's no stridency or glare and all this is wrapped in a tasteful warmth and lushness. But yeah, that detail!! Detail junkies? This is what you need!
I’m a musician and have been using studio headphones for gaming since Warzone 1. Glad gamers are finally catching on to IEMs as well. Gaming headsets always come with weird EQs and often too low end heavy with lack of clarity. Also highly recommended the Shure MV7 since it can do usb and XLR simultaneously! Great for content creation.
Thank you for this! Sooo glad I watched this because I got my Orchestra Lites yesterday and comparing them to the KZ ZARs, the KZ seemed to have more base, but seeing this video and your IEM roundup, and that we will be completely redoing my audio on Sunday then I'm guessing the Lites will sound even better being driven by a better setup. Love how they look for sure, and if they do work well for me, I will probably go with custom ear option as well.
Woohoo! Just bought the Truthear Zeros based on your previous video, I'll get them next week. I'm very glad you still recommend them. Thanks for all your hard work on WZ audio settings
@@jamessudbury6943 I've spent a couple of weeks getting used to IEMs and now prefer them. My two previous headsets are the Logitech Pro X (wired) and Steelseries Arctis 7 (wireless). I prefer the Truthear Zeros to both those headsets: the IEMs have better clarity and separation in music and WZ.

Have also heard about the fatigue being less on them as well. Might be worth trying those 50$ ones you mentioned to see if I like the ear bud style.
I bought the truthear blues and they sound great but the directional audio is terrible. I hear footsteps clear but they sound extremely close when they’re not and it’s not accurate. Any way to fix this?
You made me Buy the Kiwi Ear Orchestra Lite from watching that Video im tired from open back headset my beyerdynamic dt 990 pro just broke! Thank You for making that video
Thanks for the vid! I have one question: I just bought a set of kiwi’s orchestra’s and I would like to use them on my PlayStation 5. What is the best way to use it? Through the audio jack in the controller or maybe with a separate DAC unit? Or better to use the Astro Mixamp?
I appreciate all the great audio knowledge! I was wondering if you could do a video on Xbox settings and a dolly atmos eq setup for season 4. I’m always trying to to get the most out of my A50’s but after the update I feel as though I can barely hear footsteps. I’m looking to get a pair of the kiwis once I get the chance.

Hey, so I've been using the Samsung earbud Pro 2, but they only last a couple of hours before my ears start hurting like crazy. If these don't work out, can you recommend something that's as good as the Kiwi but fits better for medium to smaller ears?
Hello I play on asus oled monitor and it has a headset port built in. Do you recomend to plug them in to that. Or my ps5 controller ? And one more question sorry. I currently play with ps5 headset and when I’m on warzone or a game it has an option to lower game audio and hear chat audio more or to hear more the game audio and lower the chat volume. Can I do the same with iems?
This might be a stupid question, but I am not a streamer and have honestly just played with over the ear headphones with a mic. If I was to purchase IEM headphones, how would I communicate with teammates in game? Would I need a mic of some sort? lol
So I tried a set truthears and a hyperX mic… I loved the ear buds, but the mic was kinda brutal… friends on game chat in wz on their ps4 were getting constant feedback, discord was fine… was also picking up every time I was using my keyboard which is all the time because I play mouse and key… went back to my headset
Thanks for the video! I use the Zero's myself, and i am on the fence of buying the orchestra lite or the new kiwi ears quintet, have you tried them? My only problem is that i play on console, and the microphone solutions are not the best. I've been using one of those cables for phone calls with a built in mic. Do you have any mic advice for us console gamers?
Wanna try the quintets for sure. USB mics should work on most consoles, but getting it close will be a challenge. Gonna look into a boom mic solution soon!
Don’t know what were you using before these but would you say the IEM’s are worth it? I’m on ps5 with the PlayStation Pulse 3d headset and wondering if there’s noticeable difference and worth switching
@@killshot3331 you will definetly notice an audio quality improvement. I owned a lot of headsets and headphones over the years. My favourite right now are the senheiser hd560s for over the ear headphones and the truthear zero (iem's) Wireless ones are much more practic but can't match the audio quality.
@@Patife_PT Alright cool, thanks. I can pinpoint direction and hear footsteps well when there’s not much commotion but for only $50 I might as well give them a shot. The only issue is no mic but I think I’ll just get a cheap usb one so I’ll have something instead of having to use the controller mic
@@Patife_PT @killshot3331 @ArtisWar I have the HD560s with a VMODA Boom Pro mic (which is excellent) now and am looking at IEDs but like you said, the mic situation is rough. Definitely would like to find a way to use the VMODA Boom Pro mic with it. Was thinking if there's a way to get a custom SHORT (2ft or so) 2 pin IED to 3.5mm female adapter so you can have enough IED cable to get around your ears but short enough to reduce the slop before plugging into the VMODA and then carrying the audio to your device (PC ports, controller, console, etc). The rest of the mics I'm seeing aren't really looking good. The VMODA is nice because it has a mute button and volume control and clips to your shirt to reduce the "pull" factor.
Can I plug these into my Astro mixamp or should I just go straight to the Pc? If not is their something else I can use to control my game/ chat volume quickly.

Would I need a mic of some sort? lol
I’m sold
So I tried a set truthears and a hyperX mic… I loved the ear buds, but the mic was kinda brutal… friends on game chat in wz on their ps4 were getting constant feedback, discord was fine… was also picking up every time I was using my keyboard which is all the time because I play mouse and key… went back to my headset
Hi Art, do you connect your Kiwi Orchestra to the controller or to the pc?
PC
noti gang.... #1 audio source for COD
I play call of duty mobile. What is the best midrange price IEM/ mic combo to use with mobile gaming on a samsung s8+ tablet. Please reply.
Can u PLEASE compare the
(YANYIN Canon 2 vs KIWI Ears Orchestra Lite)
My favourite right now are the senheiser hd560s for over the ear headphones and the truthear zero (iem's)
Wireless ones are much more practic but can't match the audio quality.
Which model of iems in the KZ brand would you recommend?
Can I plug these into my Astro mixamp or should I just go straight to the Pc? If not is their something else I can use to control my game/ chat volume quickly.
Hey! Have you tried truthear HEXA? It's $80 and that price is my limit. Is hexa good at gaming or music? Thanks for the videos!
Curious how these kiwis are going to compare to my Dt900 pro x.
This is the headset I'll be covering in a future video, as well as giving away :)
I’m so glad I found this channel 😭🫡
Could you suggest an alternative wireless please ??
What microphone are you using
Looking for those aftermarket tips but cant find the libk in description.. Anyone have recommendations for some that'll relieve pressure?
Yo art your a legend!! Your audio set up really changed the game for me but I got stuck into a shadow ban loop that has lasted for over 20 shadow bans. So I am now on console and maybe you can test out the best audio setting for PS5 that would be huge thanks!!
What’s another option that’s comparable without the ear pressure? I don’t want ear pressure build up
Hey Art how would you compare these to the dt 1990 pros? Of course with both using your tuning and sound settings?
So the Truthear Zero would be better than my beyerdynamic mmx300?
Hey art I recently bought a pair of these and when plugged into my go xlr mini I’m getting a low buzzing noise, do you know how to fix this?
Any solutions on how to minimize white noise with voicemeter and mixamp?
I would like to Test the kiwis But i have to stick to the budget ones. I like my Zeros ;)
Thank you, you and isaac are the reason That i and two mates Switched from steelseries arctis 7p to the zero iems. Best thing ever happend to my ears.
hi do u just plug and play or do u use an amp dac? i just got my zeroes but for some reason in wz2 the gunshots are ripping my ears apart while footsteps are too soft
@@firdkoh I plug them into my monitor. Maybe something went wrong while installing. Delete everything and start with the Tutorial from Art is War.
My brother got an other monitor and had to buy a soundcard for better sound. Everything was low. The bass was intense.
What about kiwi ears cadenza? Does that deliver same performance?
any recommendation for a cable with mic for this kiwi lite?
Great video.
What type of amp do you recommend for the orchestra lites , I recently just bought some but I don’t have an amp so I wanna know what’s the best one for them…..
Just get the Apple usb-c to 3-5mm jack cable.
Might grab dunu kimas over the zeros.. Don’t think they’re as good but the size of them looks like they’ll be more comfortable..
