- I pre-ordered the PODS 5 min after they went live on a then new official YZY site. Didn’t know what to expect and didn’t expect anything as well. I’ve never been so excited for a shoe release and I’m not someone who usually follows shoe releases at all. I’ve always loved new ideas and directions but the PODS brought that excitement to the fashion industry. Here’s my albeit moderate one-month review of the YZY PODS.

People think that just becuse thare $20 they're cheap but they acctually durable
Way more durable than I thought they’d be, especially post incident haha
I wonder if you spray them with a hydrophobic spray, if you could make your own waterproof/hiking available pair
I'VE BEEN WONDERING THE SAME THING! Someone's gonna try it. *That knitting material does space out quite a bit though to where you can see clean through it. Not sure unless you wear them low so they're not too spaced out.

They've been fine. I'm even driving with rubber floor mats and the back heel hasn't frayed at all. I need carpet floor mats anyway.

They'll get there. I had my doubts at first but I had to wait longer with the pre-order. You're tracking number may appear broken with FedEx but give it a week after you get the notification and they may show up in your mailbox like mine.

Just gotta hope a new distributor comes into play. Ye was seen with CEO of Adidas talking about that. Maybe won't happen with them but at least the issue is being considered.

Any shipping numbers? I wonder if multiple item orders just take longer. All of my stuff has been single item orders so far. I only wonder because the stuff is made to order (at the pods are).

Sure did! Took 8 days the day after I emailed yzy on it. It's all mapped out in my shipping video.
