Thanks so much thinking of July 2025 cruise to from Italy to turnkey and greece and could not get any good views of room and bathroom. My husband is a big guy and doesn't want a small shower! This helped a lot - we are going with the suite.

Enjoyed your video. I would love to have had a junior suite with the balcony when I sailed in July of 2023. We had a promenade room and view of the promenade, naturally. It was nice, but if I get to cruise again, I would love a balcony or better yet...a jr. Suite.

We actually won this room by bidding on Royal Up. I bid the smallest amount possible.
When you put your bid in for this upgrade and they told you you won, did you have the option to decline if the rooms location wasn’t good? I prefer midship high floor so the royal up option makes me nervous. Thanks!!

Great review looking forward to sailing in May! Has anyone ever been on carnival cruise as well? If so which was best experience and or pros/cons? I went on carnival in 2019 and it was like a big party everyday, this seems more chill
I think it depends where you’re sailing. This cruise was in the Baltic, Stockholm, Helsinki, etc. there was loads of activities on board and the ship itself was beautiful. Not as much of a party as when we’ve sailed in the Caribbean.
Did you have trouble with HOT water in the tub ?
No, the tub was lovely.

I don’t think we did, what would the perks have been?
@@TinagirlTravels NOt much compared to Celebrity. ON RCCL it's bathrobe, lux bath amenities, Lavazza coffee machine (you showed it in video), & priority boarding. Suite perks also include double RCCL points.
@@bcr8tveyou don’t get bonus suite bonus for a Royal up, but you do get access to everything else. Some are “upon request.”
Does a Junior suite come with other perks?
It had more space which was awesome, and perks like the coffee and kettle, that I’ve never had on other ships but other than that, no.
Does the couch fold out to another bed?
Yes, I believe that one did.

@@TinagirlTravels Would you consider an aft suite? I've heard there are issues with vibrations from the ship's engines and soot from the smokestack.
@@noeinroad7294 this ship had amazing stabilization, I never felt any movement, but we were mid ship, so I’m not sure if you were at either end how it would feel. I’ve never sailed in an aft cabin. I would choose an aft over a cabin on the front of the ship as it is constantly windy.
