How often is it in reality necessary to remove a properly bonded ceramic Job? For me it’s a perfectly fine base to build on my new floor. Floor heating for example can be milled through the ceramic’s, but the most common thing here is in the case of difficult ceramic removal, remove the subfloor and go from there. It’s interesting where this ride-on sits with its weight in the market. The base weight is 655/700kg + 300kg additional max (24 x 12.5kg). I don’t really know other machines in that area. For people that don’t know ride-on’s are more or less classified by their weight for what type of job you can do. Starting from ~400kg good for soft goods removal useless for heavy duty to +2500kg, great for removing asphalt (not so great indoor).
Not the worst I’ve seen, been demoing tile/flooring exclusively for 12 years. Best bit I’ve used is Innovatech machined Tile tooth that shears the Thinset/slab and the tile comes up incidentally from the angle. Some Tile is almost monolithic with Thinset and slab when Thinset is used with only latex no water. It’s Welded or Fused to the slab. Nice there’s a RC large scraper, didn’t even know.
Looks like a pretty good scraper.
How much does it weigh?
wow !!!
Not heavy enough on the front
Worst ceramic install I have ever seen. Can you show a video of a properly bonded ceramic job being demoed.
