Got to visit Cairo in 2017 it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life!. Standing in front of the pyramids i was in disbelief.. i love ancient Egypt history
To bad there is no real truth in it. U know they wiped it off the walls and replasterd the whole thing they believe at least twice. Most what u see is derect instructions and who made them. Some is how to live like laws. But when u drive threw walmart parking lot look at the signs. U might find derection. Lol I believe its same thing just we think and see so different it must be more. Lol. Anyways sorry

@Neil Deep actually it was a tax thing. Instead of paying monetary taxes they had to pay taxes of their time. Like every 7 years they had to spend one year working for the pharaoh or something like that. I forgot the exact specifics but the Pharaoh demanded taxes of people's time. And just like now the government's going to come after you if you don't pay your taxes. They take that s*** seriously.
One thing which is really amazing is that National Geographic has captured all the moments in such a great 👍 way, which is amazing and also they share with all of us. Great job National Geographic.
Tutankhamun was not that big king. He was a kid who died at the age of 17(or 19). His reign was only 6-7 years. But today he's famous because of his treasures. Only one in the history till this day which was untouched by plunderers. Many burials had big pyramids over them to identify the burial place of kings but Tutankhamun's burial was lost under ground until a group of excavationists stumbles upon steps buried under stones and sand.

Maybe, he commissioned his High Priest to shadow Hathor'N in Aswan and then maybe when Covid-18 hit they took off to Memphis and lived nomad lifestyles? It isn't impossible!
It's absolutely amazing that ancient Egyptians would do *anything* for their Pharoh. The only country that such reverence and devotion to its leader today is North Korea.

that is not hand made pot its made as like any other pot but only the exterior pressure of the layer made it irregular inside it. this is to give the shape to it. its low cost pot so that the finishing will be less price. the high finished one cost more. we can see them in our local its common.

Great story, the most famous pharaoh of them all.
Amazing how loyal thet were to their Pharoah's. Walking miles in the hot, dry desert to mine gold for someone else...
Sounds like slaves than followers.

How did Tutankhamun get his gold? Short answer: Slaves
This what today Egyptians should had returned to, NOT living under the shadow of Arab colonialism.
I am more interested in how the Egyptians obtained a knife that never rusts...
