Maximizer Extraction Plate

Increased defibering efficiency and maximum deflaking is used to reduce pulping time and/or improve pulping quality. With its unique perforation pattern to provide improved wear and defibering characteristics, the Maximizer Bedplate is unlike conventional drilling technology with circular perforations. The Maximizer design challenges the basic premise of drilling holes by increasing the functional attrition edges to improve defibering.
