As a famous UA-camr, you cannot directly suggest putting fake experience but there are many people who are in mid career, or from non-IT background who have more than 5 years of gap or even 10 years of gap. There are also people who are trying to get into IT in mid thirties or fourties. So, it is the only way.

If hr will do strong background verification then chances are there you will be caught..but nowadays consultancies are easily handling those issues..the problem is working in real time project because you have shown fake experience for certain position if you cannot handle some pressurrize situation then easily you will be caught but if you could manage then no problem..but it is very risky work..

Sir mera ek company main selection hua hai to sir maine unko saare documents de diya hai lekin sir maine 4 company m kaam Kara lekin sir jo 4 main se ek company hai usme maine 6 mahine kaam Kara tha as a contract based pe lekin maine uska experience letter 9 mahine ka banva liya to kya main BGV main fail ho jaounga
Company ne mere ko BGV ka form diya tha usme maine vo contract vali company ki details nahi daali hai
