Hey Matt, One thing you should definitely have is a dough cutter/scraper 6×3 Dexter-Russell it’s pretty much the commercial standard and a bristle free stainless steel grill brush, grillart or Kona is a good place to start. Both of those are pretty essential. The brush is for the grill and the scraper is for the griddle. Have a great one as always

If it were me, I’d take a 1/4 sheet tray and put my pepper/salt cannon on it, squeeze bottles of oil, commonly used spices, thermapen, etc, and then maybe leave it set up in the house and then just take the whole thing out when grilling. I’d say leave it in the naturekast cabinets but I’d be worried about moisture/temperature fluctuation.
I like that idea.

This outdoor kitchen turned out perfect! When you started laying out everything it looked very small but when the cabinets arrived that all changed. Dotz pretzels are freaking gross so I probably will never buy anything from that brand.
