You may know this but a little Flitz polish will bring nickel silver back to original shine in a couple of minutes of rubbing. No big deal. That’s why they use NS on many traditional knives. Won’t pit.
AB is armando beltrame step below franks but decent the fatty one isnt that a latama thats the highest end out of the bunch but aga campolins are my favorite in my collection don't have a latama yet. Good work man and you bought some nice ones!
How are the aga's ? I'm looking for my first and am used to seeing all the cheap knockoff stuff, I want something tough and quality I can carry and use regularly
@@little_blue_wagon i don't carry it around the agas are a quality knife but the frank beltrame hit harder. You should be able to find a dominus or Maltese around i like my diana alot too. Good luck.
@@little_blue_wagon if I was gonna carry something around and wanted italian style I would go with a leverlock. My frank bs I take the safety off when I get them and never touch em.
If you are ever interested in making some room for some new ones 😆 id be very interested in acquiring a picklock or that 15" ring pull. Would definitely love to get that batwing into my collection 😭! Have been looking for one for about a year now. Recently found a beautiful oval button with the regular guard. But yes if you ever look to get rid of any. Do let me know. Maybe some trades. Beautiful collection!
Simichrome metal polish by a company called Happich it’s made in Germany available on Amazon. That stuff will shine up those boosters like a charm!!! Look into that.
@@edged_mindset Nice also, a lot of the modern Italian stilettos have stainless steel bolsters. In the 50s and 60s they used nickel silver bolsters. I believe Latama might be the only modern Italian switchblade maker that still uses nickel silver on the bolsters to keep tradition.
@@edged_mindset yeah bro, I've been wondering what knives you have left from the XiuXiu13 days lol, if i remember the name correctly, it's been a while lol
You have an awesome collection! Love your old videos on these!
I remember Blade HQ selling the old Buck automatic conversions back in the early 2010s. They even had a left handed version for people like me.
Nice!
So is that when they first started coming out?? I thought they only came out like well maybe 5 years ago now but still didn't no its been that long
@@edged_mindsetlove your autos sicker then fuck I just got a real buck 110 and a buck 110 auto clone to is nice for not being real
Does buck 110auto count as a Italian auto?? Eather way it deserves to be in video just asking
I don´t know man, most of these look much more capable than letter openers... great collection!
😁
Awesome collection! Love the Campolin horn batwing swing guard. Those can all be oiled and polished right up in an afternoon.
👊
Beautiful knives! And excellent collection! I love Rizzuto's and Rizzy clones.
Thank you!
AB = Armando Beltrame the brother of Frank Beltrame.

Good tip! I'll give it a shot
Walt’s Classic from Latama is without any doubt the Cadillac of Italian stilettos. Second to none. Awesome collection brother!
Thank you
They’ll poke an eye out
Oh for sure
I'm known for using flitz thi clean my nickel silver and brass bolsters as well. After they're clean i use renaissance wax, which i highly recommend.

Flitz polish is the shit too try that and when they need lube hit them with latama quick release that is the most gangster lube i ever used.
Maybe Flitz metal polish could help shine up your blades.
AB is Armando Beltrame.
Thanks!
Nice knives. Do you like the older Italian switchblades or are you more of a modern collector? Some people are either strictly into vintage or modern.
I like em all!

will do!
The patina looks good to me........
Use some silver polish on the bolsters😊
nice stuff but you should leave them open so as not to wear out the springs
it makes no difference, it's a myth that closed wears the spring out...movement thru use is what wears it out.
Latama, not Latrame. ;)
LOL it's been a while
Inox is French for stainless steel. Not Italian language or an Italian word.
Good to know!

What companies make these in modern materials?
Burn knives
They'll also burn a hole in your pocket due to the money leaving it.
I just ordered 2 frank Bs last night, great video brotha
👊👊👊
Hi, anything for sale ???
AB Armando Beltame
Thank you!
👍
I recommend ren wax.
Why the gloves may i ask
Sometimes life gets on top of me and I bite my fingers which people don't like to see up close.
Do a knife collection video? 🤙🏼
I totally should. Thanks for the idea!
