They are not using the real car names, the thing about the other version it's that most car in the US come with different names and brands, LIke Honda and Acura.

Well, not too much different from the version that we had. And the splash screens... i can change them to anything that i like via mods, and i'm not talking about the cars, because, what you can do with the cars via mods is beyond any NFS game.
dude i accidentaly imported a dacia logo instead of the toyota one because i put a dacia 1400 in the game and i replaced the model with tex ed. Even without tutorials u can deal with it

still, Both RSX Type S and JDM ITR are closer. Because DC5 Type S in Japan are equvalent to base model RSX in North America
