Tailscale SSH removes the need for you to manually manage keys or passwords to authenticate to your devices. You can read more here: tailscale.com/kb/1193/tailscale-ssh/
pity this does not play with subnet routing meaning: I just set up on my opnsense tailscale and exposed the subnets hoping I really don't have to install on each machine tailscale but ok, still using tailscale I can reach my machines (as if they were local) and then use VScode on them (so without the tailscale extension for VSC)
TailScale is one of the most disruptive networking software I've ever seen. It's amazing.
I love everything about this. From the extension, to NixOS, all the way down to Factorio as the demo app. ❤️ Keep being awesome.
Today one of our finance department's guys called me to ask "if we still need tailscale"... Thanks for making it a no-brainer answer.
Wow, Tailscale is revolutionizing the industry! The ongoing functionality and feature additions have been game changing! Thanks for the video 🍻
Wonderfully lucid explanation as normal, Alex. Thank you :)
You just made my day. This is incredible. Thank you!
I need more nix, feel an addiction comming up 🙂 Great video!
Resistance is useless!
Very cool, almost makes me want to use vscode rather than vim!
What would it take to tempt you away? VS Code has a Vim mode btw!
In the tailscale extension, can I use keys instead of passwords to ssh to one of my tailscale devices?
Great video by the way.

What is the advantage against the VSCode SSH extension? Genuine question.

Great video but what's with the awful background music?
