Like the other people posting I’m also a chronic pain sufferer, so this has come at the perfect time. I try not to use any pain meds anymore except over the counter bought ones and even them I limit them.
Here’s wishing you all a pain free and well rested night.
Can’t thank you enough enough Christian.
    Night all 😴

To anyone suffering from pain I highly recommend you give this video a try. I normally only get at most a few hours of uninterrupted sleep, however last night I put my earphones in around 11pm and slept till 5am. That’s amazing for me.
    Thanks so so much Christian.

Do you think it has something to do with panning effect I used? That’s fantastic btw.
I went through a period of 4 months where I only slept 2hrs a night and was tired all day and that was from overthinking.

    • @greyline1012
      @greyline1012 6 років тому +5

Meditation Vacation If you’re describing the effects you used where I could hear your voice fading out in one ear then coming in again at the other then absolutely yes. This was completely new for me to hear but really very soothing, almost like you were so close. I normally sleep almost sitting up, but I was able to have a proper lie down last night, and that’s thanks to you.
I really hope you continue to use this effect in more videos. It is superb! But for now I think lasts nights one, ie pain relief meditation will be the one I’ll be sticking to.
There is nothing worse than not getting enough sleep, as you’ve described. For me I feel lethargic and snappy and information retention goes out the window.
But anyway Christian you provide us with peace and understanding and for that I’m truly great full.
Much peace to you and many thanks again.
Also you mentioned about your overthinking and how it affected you. One thing I’ve learned from your videos and that’s how to feel and be ok in our own bodies. To often we’re looking for an escape, and whilst it’s ok to imagine for a while, truth is we are who we are, and thanks to you, you’ve helped me feel ok with that.

Reiki self healing for pain and relaxation, Autumn Walk, Train Journey to deep sleep, Talk me to sleep. I love the feeling of being read to 🙂And it needs to be a certain voice. I have listened to MANY.....with opposite effect. Thank you for your great work. I compose meditation music myself

Hi love. I live with severe plural diabetic neuropathy. Hands, feet, calves, behind one eyeball... the list is long
Add to that, arthritis in both wrists and all fingers.l never have a day off film pain. Ever. So here are things that help me survive. (They may/ may not work 4 you)
Tiger balm. Avail on Amazon & drug stores, wal mart etc. It's got all types of spices like cinnamon, clove, a bit of shea butter & has a scent I love but that some ppl hate. It's scent but strong relief w/o burning your skin. Inhaling it through the nose helps immensely w/ sinus, stuffy nose etc. I'd suggest getting a small bottle to see if you like it.
My pain is different in different areas. I use tiger balm on my feet when they're burning. For the stabby pain in my hands, absorbine jr. It's menthol based as well. Runners use it to loosen muscles, it's immediate relief but only lasts 30 min or so.
Horse liniment gel also from absorbine. It's for sore muscles & joints. It's immediate relief &smells of mint
Some pain needs heat for relief, like a heating pad, others need cold so l use frozen peas etc in a dish cloth. It all depends on your pain level tolerance.
Meditation, walking, painting, knitting, gardening are also good ways of finding respite from the pain monster!!

Need a really deep strong sleep train hypnosis for INSOMNIA and Overthinking, stress and anxiety with deep body scan, along with gentle ASMR sounds in both ears from side to side. Quiet journey to a train ride, 8 hours long, make you relax deeply. Loose tension tight muscles for GAD sufferers, panic, PTSD, OCD, etc. calm our thoughts for sleep. Gentle music similar to this one in the video. Add some divine protection from negativity etc whilst you sleep. Calm breathing exercises. Count back from 10-1 for the progressive scan. Etc. While using ASMR sounds. Would love that. Sorry just giving ideas. :)

I hated this. Not sure what the talking over platitudes with platitudes was all about but it actually brought on an anxiety attack. It made me feel like an absolutely failure as all of these statements represented the opposite of my life. I am miserable. Everyday I feel weaker. I am transforming into someone I don’t recogniZe and it’s alienated me from everyone and everything I ever loved before I was overcome by illness. This meditation seemed to mock me at every turn and finally broke the dam, leaving me flooded with tears, sobs and ultimately primal keening because I don’t believe the wellness spoken of here will ever return to me.
