Wow! This is interestingly refreshing to see this, considering Adam was so gassed-up with jealousy over the level of success that George rec'd in such a short period of time! To me, they were both drag queens, although only one could actually sing. I could sense in Adam's interviews when ask about George, a resentment. I sure would have liked to know the story behind that?!
It’s because Adam Ant was the top hot pop star opening up the 1980’s and naturally trying to retain that title is not easy, when CC swooped in after a couple of years & the mania of kids dressing up like BG just like they had with him, understandably he’d think ”f@*k!” He hints at it in his autobiography. Still, so good to see them singing & smiling together with genuine fondness & admiration here 👍✨
