At time 23:59 principal component analysis graph is shown. Could someone tell me what the number of the PC means? Is it the parameter? Which means how the number 1, 2,... are assigned automatically?
They simply mean the First Principle Component, Second PC, and so on. The first PC explains most of the variance in the data. Then it gradually reduces along with increasing number of PCs. In this cumulative plot, you see the same.
