Which food are typically for Kutaisi and should be eaten when visiting the city? It seems to be affected partly by the Seattle Freeze.

Seattle Freeze can't affect on Kutaisi, because Seattle is located in USA, but Kutaisi is located in european country of Georgia on the west coast of the Black Sea. 😉

At 10:01 #SlavaUkrayina. Why did Georgia change its flag and does its cities have or had a homeless crisis like Portland/Seattle? Anyway, for some reason I felt myself walking through San Francisco or small cities in the Pacific Northwest, yet bothof them and Kutaisi make me feel like I was in a Europeanish coutry not lying in Europe.

It seems to me that you have confused the location of the city of Kutaisi. It is located in the European country of Georgia, not in the US state of Georgia.
