too bad I am here in US, I used to do radio repair, HF to VHF, all modes, including HF tube amp. I know 5 radio shop here in California, who is also looking for two way radio repair person. but, they are hard too find.
Personally I would go for the "shack in the box" yaesu ft-991 or ft991a no need for another radio unless you're into 4 meters and perhaps 23cm I've had the 991 for 8 years no problems
I'd apply for employment with you but the commute from New Jersey, USA would be ridiculous.
Just work from home :-)

Hi Tony, is there any news on when GB3ML will be back on air? I've noticed that it's been unreachable for a few weeks now...

I just say wow, in Indonesia We still use Yaesu FT 180A 😅
You have 5 × the amount shops than here in wi we have one expected to retire soon been in his shop 50+ years non stop
The best value is the one you can afford that does what you want. I did yaesu ftdx101d, and am about to grab a 991a.
Best salesman ever
Yaesu ft-991a not given a mention OMG. Never listen to a salesman
I wish we had a store like yours near me in Pennsylvania.
We got one near Milwaukee WI here in WI
