How in the name of logic have we had multiple Thor movies without these guys on the soundtrack?
One word: MCU. They'd never allow a death metal song in one of their movies, plus, sytilstically, those Thor movies have less to nothing to do with Scandinavia or mythic, so any metal song would stand out like a sore thumb. If a director was Scandinavian, they'd def try to put some Bathory or AA on the soundtrack, but we got two middle-aged Englishman, American and a New-Zelander making those movies, so yeah, not likely any of them ever a heard of any music that's heavier than The Beatles. I did I hear a story on Twitter of how some guy who worked on the first Thor movie tried to sneak in Amon Amarth song on the movie's soundtrack, but was told no, so we instead got to hear Walk... No, not by Pantera; by Foo Fighters.
This is amazing but it gets super awkward when you accidentally growl in public.
