2010 Mazda 3 U codes.ABS and Power steering assistance modules no communication information.

I need help please! My Mazda 3 have this 2 error codes, P161b and U0121. The power steering doesn't work and it won't go past 3,000 RPM.

he said that's the fuse for abs ,if your abs and power steering gets hard or throwing codes at the same time, replace that fuse and check the wire that runs to the positive terminal on the battery
