Ty!!! She was never gonna tell him about his son! She ran off to Mexico to hide. She also tormented him saying it's maxs baby allowed max to bust into todds house gloating. Ugh esp when u know todd & maxs history. Max literally wrecked todds happiness 2x he's the one who told todd blair faked her pregnancy. All b/c he's always obsessed on blair but treats her like crap. Todd lost a real child but max saw how happy they both were & it was over a buisness competition. He even used addie to do it. Max I think was so jealous blair was married to a man that was wealthy plus he could see it wasnt like asa. Plus max didn't care about this kid. He was always a lousy father. I loved when he told asa about his " new" child. Asa responded " like u care u never see al or the twins ever u make manning look like father of the year" loved asa for noticing. Also max ruined their 3rd attempted wedding drugging blair ( which is a crime) laying in a bed w/o clothes blair in lingere that she sleeps in anyway. Max being a terrible dad wasn't a step dad to starr at all. He also was Paid by asa to cozy up to blair to frame todd for a murder he didn't commit all b/c todd was blasting bo in his paper. Todd freaked out he would be charged. Max also found the tape from starrs tape recorder where blair pushed him to admit he was faking d.i.d b/c starr was confused. Max got the tape trying to blackmail him out of the sun. As I said max taking such delight in wreaking todds 1st marriage to blair caused todd 's pure relationship w/ blair - the first woman he truly trusted & committed to that as he never trustee anyone caused such a setback for todd.
Blair has said numerous times that she mistrusted/feared Todd. He betrayed her not once but twice re: Max and re: Asa. He kept her from Starr recently and has kidnapped Starr. He has a vengeful temper. All reasons for mistrust and Kelly has encouraged her to mistrust Todd and be afraid that he'd take Jack. In this story line, Blair and Todd get back together and Blair tells him the truth. Only in a fantasy story line does she keep him from Jack.

She could have spit it out during labor pains during the delivery after hacks birth the next morning she was babbking on & on about their 2md wedding tpdd still didn't tell her the baby was dead then when he funally did paloma had maxs number & called him. She was still telling max " i kost our son" til she finally told max who i wish told todd but for once he doesnt gloat. Plus if todd didnt go to mexico that baby may have died as paloma some midwife who had an in & out oanguage barrier took off when blair was in labor & had todd not been there directing her changed her into a birthing gown actually delivered jack as he was about to cry not a word from blair. Addie knew & always blew blairs secrets but this time she forgot when todd visited her & gave her a bday present he wrapped from starr awww yet starr a 7 year old & addie figured it out & of course starrs phone cuts out. How about that idiot sam he saw blaor had a sifficult pregnancy knew for montjs she was pregnant yet refused to tell todd its ur baby. Yet made it his mission w/o todds ok to obsess about jacks paternity the adoption etc. Also blaor knew todd woupd be thrilled to have a new baby. He expressed in his last call to blair b4 ireland he wanted to buy llantano mountain to build a dream house on so they could " sit on the porch watch the sunset a couple kids running around playing " plus he wanted or hoped their next baby would be a boy to have one of each. Blair alao tried to keep starr from todd & dod for 4 months & planned w/ dorian an abortion which she was conflicted im.sure but on screen when ssa told her todd left bis fortune to cj & sarah if he dued w/o an heir. So that made up her mind in a hurry. Plus todd several times asked if she was why was she in the hospital all the time when she went to tell him about the baby something dumb stopped her he went to see her & not only told her he didnt want back rent on melador but very kindly said u wanted to tell me somethibg im listening ok. Instead she told him.off & refused to tell him. She planned to leave town w/ unborn starr never to tell him b/c dorian kept saying hed take her baby from her. Um why would dorian think that? Once blair finally told him after stable sex & a couple other sexcapades his penthouse his limo then he proposed w/ a giant emerald & blair after still trying to pick a fight todd tells her again how much he kives her & blair finally tells him that shes 4 months along that she almoat had an abortion he isnt mad & he proposes again. Also the starr custody battle began b/c blair refused him to see atarr for months christmas & her 1st bday which was his as well then blair freaks when he files for custody ? Blair told him hed never see her again til her 17th bday. She also had ni buisness banging patrick the guy todd suffeted almost death for & patty cakes just steals todds passport briefcase money just to find marty. It was gross how blair was all over the man todd saved while he mussed his childs birth honeymoon & recovered bullet wounds shoved in a car driven into the sea. Also when blair & dorian again went after him for custody of starr both lost yet todd let blair come to starrs 2nd bday & wound up giving her joint custody!

The writers could have gone in many different directions. What the history tells us is that TnB will reunite. Most importantly, they actually DID reunite and she finally told Todd the truth. Somewhere in your head there are 2 fantasy story lines: this one and the one re: her leaving with Starr years earlier. Neither actually happened just as Todd's threat to leave the country with Starr never happened. (Added note: What's Patrick have to do with this discussion? Just to throw the book at Blair?)
I dont think they could since they did not press charges on todd. Also jack was returned so she wasnt aiding & abetting. People know the secret about a murder & arent charged. I think that is so people arent afraid to give a tip to the cops. She did not help todd kidnap jack. Then again tina got 6 months time for holding gabbys secret that she switched the babys years ago. But gabrielle was charged & todd isn't.
