Geez this has been by far the strangest week of football I've watched. Props to the Titans though, they flat out won this game.

In a week where upsets were rampant, I don't think this really is an upset. If Arizona took months to get respected in the NFC this year, Tennessee are the AFC version. Until they're out, the Titans are as dangerous as any team other there.
They didn't have Henry...The Rams easily beat the Buccs this season...yes it's an upset.

@@arorock22 I'm not saying the Titans are bad at all, but they didn't have Henry who is no doubt a game changer. The Rams were favored to win especially at home. So slight upset then.
Mike Vrabel has got to be in talks for coach of the year so far. With how this defense was at the beginning of the season to where it is now is incredible. And believe me there is definitely still mistakes made, but it is a drastic improvement. The team has also been bit by the injury bug and is still finding ways to come together and play physical football. Great W tonight. Titan tf up ⚔️

As a Texans fan, I kinda hate that y'all are this good under Vrabel when he worked on the Texans coaching staff during the Bill O'Dumb ass days but the Titans are legit. If Titans played in NYC instead of Nashville, the media would never shut up about y'all
@@sb3picman619 He really has. I had a feeling he was something special after that time he used a rare, mostly unknown rule to gain an advantage. He's a thinker that adjusts from game to game and does whatever it takes to win rather than run a rigid system. Thats exactly the guy I want if Im an owner.

I really like watching the Titans play - they play tough, hard-nosed, solid fundamental football. And from interviews I've seen of a lot of their players they seem to have a lot of good guys on the team too.
Mike Vrabel is a great coach. He’s done a lot of good work for them
The way you described our players is exactly what Jon Robinson (or GM) and Vrabel described when they said they wanted to change the team and culture. Seems they’re doing a decent job!
Seeing AP get a touchdown was such a feel good moment. So happy for him.

Big win for the Titans. I was really impressed by their defense, especially pressure from Jeffrey Simmons, who recorded 3 sacks of Matt Stafford. Kevin Byard with a pick-6 was huge, setting the tone for the entire game. Great job by this Tennessee’ Defense

Denico Autry might be the most underrated signing of the year. Dude is a beast.
The tackling by the Titans has been impressive. There are so many teams that cannot wrap up and finish a tackle.
Titans fan here: we were not like this earlier in the season. Vrabel and honesty our defensive coaches have really impressed me with how they were able to improve that.
Think Vrabel has done a great job all round since he came in. Great team to watch even without DH. Makes it worth watching what ever time it is this side of the pond. British fan.

I've been a Titans fan for a LONG time. After losing to the Jets, we have been playing the most consistent football in the AFC. We got the edge on Buffalo, we destroyed the Chiefs, we finished off the Colts, and tonight? Wow! I am absolutely amazed of where my team is right now. We're playing like we can beat anyone! Rams fans, don't worry! You guys still have an awesome team! Good luck to y'all! Onto New Orleans!

I've been waiting since 2007 living in L.a. being a die hard Titans fan by way of Chattanooga tn. It was the most gratifying feeling watching my squad go crazy with my beer in hand, yelling like a madman. So many Titans fans in L.a. I had no idea. All the rams fans were extremely cool. Had a great night a Sofi. Stadium is dope. Titan tf up. Had my henry jersey on reppin that king spirit. ⚔⚔⚔

Happy to see D'onta Foreman get a chance again. Dude had a monster last year at Texas and was one if the most under appreciated college RBs ever, then tore his achilles as a rookie and never really got to show his game in thr NFL.

Time and Time again Brett Kern is our unspoken MVP. He's the one pinning the opponent inside their own 5 yard line. Those picks inside the 10 don't happen without him. He's a goddamn legend and the MAIN reason why Titans win so many close games.

Titans are real Super Bowl contenders, got through their gauntlet of the schedule and now have the easiest remaining schedule in the NFL. Offense want be as good without Henry but AJ Brown and Julio are playing well and that defense is playing great.

The best word I've heard used to describe this team is resilient. I've been a fan a very long time and this is the most scrappy, gritty team I've seen. ESPECIALLY with all the injury problems we've had. I'm extremely proud that this team continues to find a way.

Great win for the Titans, all round team performance and my tip for the play offs even without DH. Pressure on Stafford superb, it was like he thought he was still playing for the Lions. AP showed he has still got it, no matter if he is a veteran.

Stafford had a Lion's like day. 5 sacks, 2 passes knocked down, an ill advised throw from his end zone that got picked, which led to a score, and a pick six. That's the Stafford I know and Love!

As a rams fan, I’m insanely impressed on how the Titans D played, y’all made it so difficult for stafford, and the penalties didn’t help either, but truthfully and honestly, I wouldn’t be to confident in your offense after today, the Titans only had one true TD, and other than that they were set up in good yardage by picks or penalties, but regardless, Titans showed up and the rams shot themselves in the foot

We had a couple of starters on our O-line out, it was our first game with both AJ and Julio getting through an entire game without injuring themselves, and all of our running backs were running blind...plus, Rams defense is really freaking solid, so I think we can only get better moving forward

I mean good on them for playing mistake free football, and they got a few bs calls to go their way, but the offense wasn't really that impressive this game.

Vrabel & the Titans D played a near perfect game, forcing turnovers & not letting the Rams score TD when needed, Tannehill is a game manager who knows how to make the right throws at the right time.

I felt the super bowl run was over. If the defense plays this well they may still be able to pull it off. The offense obviously wasn't the same - but maybe things will look better in coming weeks. That is one of the best defenses they played tonight, I believe

I agree with all these comments; someone in high administrative places is purposefully ruining the game, and college is not far behind. Limiting college players practices is making many recievers afraid to get hit on crossing routes (middle of the field). A lotta dropped balls there lately.

3:39 This was an absurd defensive play, the free safety cut underneath his own guy ( the LB? who was covering inside) to get to that spot. He had to have saw something on tape. From Stafford's view, he might've been behind that LB when the pass was thrown.

Kevin Byard is very textbook and methodical and you never see him take those types of gambles so even me as a Titans fan....it left me in awe for all the reasons you mentioned. Reminded me a lot of Ed Reed.
People have known about Byard for a minute.
That's one of many reasons Board is currently the highest graded safety in the NFL other than last year he's been top 3 in his position for years now

@@ayylmao2402 the first RTP was definitely bs. But the 2ns was was clear and obviously roughing. Unfortunately the bad call was the one that mattered more considering it would've been 4th down. Either way though the titans would've still win this game.

I live near Detroit. You are right. Stafford never got things done. He only pads his stats when the team is down by 20. Never won a playoff game and always sucks when the competition is tough. Stafford plays great when it doesn't matter. Plays awful when he is in the spotlight. My mom could throw 2 touchdowns a game to Calvin Johnson. We watched Stafford lose games and only score 3 points. But, when we were down by 20, he would go 15 for 16 and only lose by 3. You are right. His name is pad stats

Wow I'll be honest, I thought the Titans' season was over when Henry went down. So far they have proven me wrong. This defense looks really solid and they are finally generating the pass rush that they needed since last year. I still think this team has a ceiling without Henry but if this defense keeps balling out, the offense can capitalize off of turnovers and big timely plays who knows?

As a totally unbiased Browns fan…. I love how the commentators were TRASHING the Titans defense at the beginning of the game, literally saying things like “they’re just not that good..” among other things…. And as the game went on, they start to bandwagon onto them 😂. Good work Tennessee! 💪🏻

Titan Up! I find it comical that nearly all the talking heads, save Mike Tirico, called this game for the Rams. I think Tirico was being sarcastic with that pick as well. However the titans came out and kicked the Rams behind, *IN THEIR HOUSE*
With that being said, I wonder if the titans will finally get some press about how good a team they are outside of Nashville. I doubt it, even though they are tied for 2nd best record in the league.

I had a gut feeling the Titans were gonna win the game but can you really blame people for thinking the Rams were gonna win? The Rams are a very solid and stacked team and Tennessee was missing perhaps their biggest offensive weapon in Derrick Henry. Maybe now people will put some respect on the Titans' name though.
Yep. Your best player was the guy in the striped shirt wearing 126. Everytime the Rams made a stop, Mr. 126 threw a flag giving the Titans some life.
Is it "comical" to pick a team, at home, which had just one loss, and Tennessee was missing it's star player. Far from comical, I think. Was it also comical that everyone took Buffalo over Jacksonville? I'm happy Tennessee won, but don't think it was comical to pick the Rams.

Ryan Tannehill put together a strong performance for the Tennessee offense and the Titans slowed down the Rams just enough for the win.
Really! I believe it was the opposite. The defense won the game with outstanding performance while Tannehill simply did enough to win.

Ryan tannihil and the offense could've Played much better tho,aj brown had to many drops,and tannihil didn't make things better with that interception early in the game, the defense won us the game thankfully
