- Two NASA astronauts are still orbiting space on the International Space Station, two weeks past their scheduled return date.
Barry 'Butch' Wilmore and Suni Williams travelled on the Boeing Starliner's first crewed flight.
The spacecraft experienced thruster issues en route to the ISS as well as helium leaks.
The Starliner can stay docked at the ISS for up to 45 days, while NASA and Boeing technicians work to fix the issues.
If it’s Boeing, I’m not going!!
Not any more😂😂
Nobody told the astronauts that it was a one-way ticket!
It’s a Boeing, so they ain’t going!
Elon Musk is probably going to h ave to RESCUE THEM!!!
Time for Dragon to save the day!
They are worried about the stuff growing on the outside of the station...all deportation has been stopped.
Good old Boeing that pays their CEO over THIRTY MILLION DOLLARS A YEAR….
ISS has become the "Motel 6" of space...
" Come on by...We'll leave the light on fir ya'."
WOW issues with a Boeing craft, who would have seen that coming
Boeing Starliner has been beset with continuous problems one after another.
It has been plague with multiple issues since the beginning of the flight.
The ISS has plenty of supplies in orbit and the astronauts can stay on board for 45 days.
During Starliner’s 25-hour flight to the space station, engineers identified five helium leaks and problems with five of the 28 thrusters, which are all located on the service module.
Boeing Starliner has helium leaks but it only needs seven hours of helium to return to Earth.
The Starliner has over 10 times that amount left on board.
NASA and Boeing engineers are troubleshooting various faults in the Starliner spacecraft.
I hope NASA is able to rectify the problems to ensure the safe return of the astronauts back to earth.
Doesn’t surprise me
Potential Boeing whistleblowers and treated as such!😮
Wonder if its true or not?
Like the challenger they'll send empty rocket😂🤣😂🤣
Absolutely Correct You Are, Because No 1 Was Inside The Challenger Non-$pace $huttle Back In 1986, So Not 1 Supposed Astronaut Died That Day . . .
N.A.$.A Lies 24 / 7, About Everything . . .'-(
Boeing knew about the problem before lift off but the DEI techs gave the go ahead anyway.
Like the Challenger
"Ahh.. go ahead...push the button and see what happens."
Their only hope is for elon to rescue them
STAR-X TO THE RESCUE
"Thunderbirds are Go!"
What can you expect from a company like boeing.
Get a nice big ladder, climb up it, and re-supply the helium and attach new boosters. Jobs a good one. Boing has lost an awful lot of money and it will be out of this for an awful long time. Space X will now have to be paid to rescue the two astronauts, and how embarrassing for Boing.
One thing more. What the hell is going to happen to the Starliner, jettison it into space?
You mean the doors haven't fallen off yet? Didn't Earn It.
Well, at least a door plug didn’t blow out.
Not yet.
Boing strikes again.
Bong
Ground control to Major Tom
This has become a scary joke
If it’s Boeing, it’ll have no wing
Maybe ask Russia to save them
Nah, Dragon has it covered.
Have you heard of SpaceX? You know, the American company flying and landing rockets almost every day?
@@Sebster85 I know but, Russia has a lot more experience. Russia took our astronauts for how many years?
@@Sebster85 They’ve only had 8 manned missions. Do they have the capability to fix anything? If you had a family member up there. Who would you recommend
Could you imagine the optics it that were to happen.
Lmfao...
Boeing for me is a spent force in more way than one
More space junk to be jettisoned
Starliner coming back empty. SpaceX will provide return seats.
Boeing has some explaining to do!!!
defund Boeing?
oops...the plane the plane....the boeing
Engine fall off?! 😆
❌✅ Back to the Studio 👈😝‼️
So, did the wheels fell off again?
don't worry the Bezos-Musk starship will take them to Venus by 2020.
Bezos doesn't have a Starship, lol.
Who cares. Alien non humanoid and humanoid life abounds. Not interested.
Call Elon’s Uber Dragon
They can't make airplanes that are decent without doors falling off engine blades falling off Windows blowing out whoever told them Boeing that they could make spaceships Oh my gosh
The door hasn't fell off yet???
Did they check to see if the door bolts are jammed in the lock position? Perhaps after the "last incident" involving a "not door" they overdid themselves with this door
I thought those two had big kahunas getting onboard in the first place. Who even wants to go on their planes? Not their employees, enough for me
Don't worry - Elon will fix it.
Prayers for the Astronauts and all equipment, in Jesus' Holy Name ❤❤❤
they knew leakage before launch from earth
here tells u their attitude is already a problem
ok
Without MUSK the USA would still be paying Russia for a ride. Another embarrassment for the Americans.
Total propaganda bullshit
How???
Please elaborate
@@goldenskeptic6309Space is fake. Money laundering
@@billkaldem5099Space is fake and gay.
Mind boggles how people just throw out any old thing without evidence
Yeah right!!😂😅
Explain how this ISS can orbit within the Ionosphere?
Uhm, the ISS (International Space Station) orbits around the earth at 18,000 Miles Per Hour; Of course, the atmosphere would gradually deplete the ISS's kinetic energy because it's still in the atmosphere (however thin it is). This is usually why the thrusters on either the Space Shuttle or on the ISS's structure would be needed to bring it back up to speed.
