Excellent advice! It's something everyone already knows deep down in their guts, but it's never spoken out enough.
My Tipps for starting as a artist:
1. First start to cover songs e.g from Taylor Swift
2. Try to also cover older songs, to also reach popularity by older persons
3. Never bring out your own song at the start of your popularity, because people might not find your song
4. Write a song about something that happened to you, or something that you dreamed, or something that makes you sad, happy or crazy
5. Never doubt about yourself, and never copy the image or the style of a singer. You need to be your very own you.

So many haters in the comment section, Taylor is a wonderful artist who writes and performs her own songs. Not only that, she loves her fans and interacts with them in a personal way. She visits her fans in hospitals and inspires young girls to dream bigger and work harder. She sends a good message to people, to live life despite what people say and have more fun than they do. One of my favorite things she's said is that she's "not naturally edgy, sexy or cool" but she thinks she's intelligent and brave and hardworking and she wants all girls to be like that because those are traits that will get you far in life. I don't see how people can hate her
Ella Shook ok I don’t hate Taylor Swift but, she’s definitely NOT the only singer song writer. And she’s not the only singer who visits hospitals. I’ve heard Britney Spears say inspirational advice. Many artists have great advice so yes Taylor isn’t the only one. People just make it seem Taylor is the only artist who does good for Torrey but, that’s far from the truth. I wish people can understand and see that we have other great artists who have said practically the same thing and who have done the same thing. So her advice is nothing new. I’ve heard it b4. Basically a lot of artists say something similar.
