      You as a campus can control what you believe is "hate speech". You can consider hate speech as a simple sharing of opinion that you don't agree with because hate speech itself is an opinion. That means you control what your students can receive as information. Learn only one side of the argument; the side that only you prefer. Assuming students that do say "hate speeches" get punished, your school has become a dictatorship.
