PJ is right, but also wrong when he's talking about what cable to twist.
Basically - he says that the up/down cable that wraps around the axle is not the one to twist "because it's not gonna do much for you" if it's twisted/untwisted, and that you should twist the cable on the other ends of the cam that doesn't wrap around the axel...
Well - he may be right in twisting the cable that doesn't run around the axel because it's EASIER to access and to twist - but twisting that part of the cable is still twisting the SAME cable that runs up to and around the axel.....
